GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The ideal Sales/Distribution Rep will have experience in field sales, preferably previous cannabis, pharmaceuticals or liquor, with a desire to help people. This role entails the sale and distribution of cannabis compliant products into local dispensaries and delivery retailers in southern Oklahoma and surrounding market. This role requires someone that is self-motivated and dedicated, that participate in meetings to help improve sales processes, product packages, coordinate sales, report on sales activities, implement new procedures, solve problems, and keep the ownership group updated with pertinent information.
This role must be able to manage his/her territory in order to maintain existing customers and develops relationships with new accounts to achieve company and individual sales objectives. Develop and implement plans to grow key areas of these brands. Coordinate and implement the local execution of distributing product to the southern Oklahoma market.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Is able to function independently while managing his/her territory.
- Interact with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals.
- Initiates and leads all appropriate sales projects with leadership.
- This position requires an approachable demeanor dealing with retailer personnel regarding products, sales activities, client/sales plan objectives and promotions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Accuracy and proficiency in sales software
- Must possess valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn/understand new concepts easily.
- Must be willing to work weekends and evenings.
- Ability to lift more than 50lbs
- Previous sales experience is required
- Plant industry and sales knowledge

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
He/she is able to think on his/her feet and solve problems large and small while maintaining a stellar attitude. This role entails creating and maintaining our social media and web content; possess a strong attention to details; designing and understanding package design, logos, and print material. This role requires someone that is self-motivated, highly conceptual who can generate ideas based on a marketing strategy. They dream in words. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in producing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social, and traditional spaces).
Keeps apprised of clients’ brands/products/services/marketing developments. Research industry trends and notable events, analyzing potential impact on organization’s brand position, work, and opportunities. Develop and implement plans to grow key areas of these brands. Coordinate and implement the local execution of national and geographic marketing plans.
Develop positive relationships with local promoters, industry representatives, and field sales managers in order to stay informed of local trends, company direction and community needs, as well as to negotiate favorable terms for sponsored activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years’ experience in an agency, production house, or other marketing plant manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in marketing software, with the ability to adapt to new technology.
- Logic, creativity, and imagination.
- Knowledge and experience managing print, digital and social projects.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.

This role requires someone that is mentally capability to handle an ever-changing business model that involves: sales, purchasing, acquisitions, engineering, and overall business operations. This role requires someone that is self-motivated, possess a natural leadership ability, learn quickly, and can adapt to new technology. The largest growing operation in Oklahoma is looking to hire an entry level controller to train for promotional opportunities.
The position will be responsible for book-keeping and accounting functions in addition to participating and learning growing operations from the ground up. The position will be challenging both physically and mentally.
In this job, you will:
Actual responsibilities will vary depending on daily needs and type of our facility.
- Fully participate in the company Safety Program and attends daily pre-shift meetings.
- Perform all duties within compliance of OSHA, company safety, and environmental regulations.
- Perform duties to load and move seed to maintain product quality while being stored and/or transferred.
- Complete all daily accounting and office functions timely, accurately and legibly.
- Oversees functions of operations and general housekeeping for the facility.
- Oversees preventative maintenance and/or repairs, where applicable.
- Dependent on facility and location, may be responsible for any variety of the following; movement of product to storage, loading of trucks using heavy equipment; operating, running, monitoring, and operating a variety of heavy equipment.
