Country Cannabis has an immediate need for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Works closely with the accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements, compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in a role with similar responsibilities and is familiar with accounting software packages such as QuickBooks, Kashoo, and KashFlow . Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
- Calculate and execute 1099 payments
- Act as backup for payroll processing
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records, and launch reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable
Skills:
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English communication and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Country Cannabis has an immediate need for a production associate. The production associate is an entry-level position that will roll, weigh, treat, and package joints in the company’s East Tulsa facility. In addition, the incumbent will package and label product. This position works a full-time, 8-hour per day schedule on day shift. Key components for success in this position include a strong focus on meeting and exceeding production and quality standards, abiding by applicable laws, regulations, company policies and procedures. The ideal production associate is passionate about output and quality and is flexible in working with different strains and consistencies of flower.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to expertly roll and treat joints and blunts.
- Performs packaging and labeling with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to follow directions from department supervisor or facility manager.
- Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.
- Abides by all laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Possesses the skill to accurately measure product.
- Conducts quality checks and takes action to ensure only joints meeting quality standards and customer specifications are shipped to customers.
- Ability to adjust priorities in accordance with production and shipping schedules, as well as inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Possesses hand and arm dexterity to roll (machine assisted) joints continuously for 8 hours, not including meal and rest periods.
- Must be over 18 years of age, no exceptions.
- Understands that attendance is a critical part of manufacturing and has the intent and ability to arrive on-time and work full shifts as scheduled.
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude and still have fun at work; gets along well with others and can work alone or as part of a team interchangeably.

- Execute high-priority items such home page alerts and fast-track web projects.
- Collaborate with Compliance Officer and Human Resources to create Country Cannabis’ web development guidelines. Assist with documentation of processes and make recommendations for digital marketing best practices.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- 1-3 years of web design, development, CMS (Content Management Systems) maintenance experience.

The Account Manager will cold call on prospective clients, establish relationships with dispensary personnel, and attain access to decision-makers. In addition, the incumbent will provide existing customers with excellent customer service, promote products, and develop contacts through formal and informal networking opportunities. This position works full-time and is expected to have some evening and weekend availability to attend business functions. Key components for this position include a strong focus and desire in adding new accounts, growing the business, and is money motivated. In addition, successful incumbents balance conversation starting with active listening skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Travel throughout assigned territory to establish new accounts and create additional business with existing accounts.
- Services customers by obtaining orders for cannabis products, investigating and resolving any complaints, and scheduling pop-up locations for new products.
- Maintain a detailed, accurate, and up-to-date daily call/visit report.
- Attend industry events, as needed, to build contact lists.
- Maintain current and accurate customer and potential customer records.
- Willingness and ability to follow directions from Director of Sales.
- Ability to meet and exceed both sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age, no exceptions
- 2-4 years’ experience in cold calling sales environments
- Cannabis industry experience a plus, but not required.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
- Must meet state requirements for criminal background checks

This operator is a skilled position that will master full operation of Ricoma, 2-head embroidery machine and learn silk screening on new machine at company’s corporate headquarters, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In addition, the incumbent will package, label, prepare items for distribution, and assist in inventory management. This position works a full-time, 8-hour per day schedule on day shift. - Set-up, operate and troubleshoot Ricoma 2-head embroidery machine
- Monitoring tensions and supplies
- Perform trimming and folding
- Send designs to be digitized, using software to transfer designs to machines
- Daily machine maintenance
