Requirements
Working closely with the CEO and Founder on executing high level directive.
Project Management
Manage internal communications.
Interacting with various dept. heads.
Building Customer rapport.
Working with multiple software platforms to prepare reports and/or projects.
Google Suite efficiency
Ability to take high-level direction and produce rapid detailed results.
Skills and Qualifications
Must have Project Management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion.
Exceptional attention to detail
Bachelor Degree preferred

Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representative:- Travel to service areas to represent the company and achieve the assigned goals- Make outbound calls to sell company products- Travel within the assigned sales territory, in-person visits to accounts- Account management, placing re-orders, increasing sales- In-store demo days at your accounts to help boost sales- Maintain a professional company image at all times- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance- Recommend improvements to boost performance to the sales team- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors- Build strong and successful relationships with clients- Attend industry events on an ass needed basis within California
Qualifications for Outside Sales Representative:
- Bachelor’s degree (Nice to have, but not mandatory)- Proven experience as a sales representative in the industry preferred- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong customer service and rapport- Great persuasive and negotiation skills- Good interpersonal and presentation skills- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software- Able to travel frequently as required of the job
