Role Responsibilities
- Passion and energy to help our customers build their business.
- Create a beneficial working relationship with a base of partner cannabis retail stores.
- Be responsible and attentive in customer support, both written and verbally.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proactively listen to the customers’ needs and assess if the issue needs to be elevated to the next level.
- Meticulous note taking and updating accounts in a CRM tool.
What You Need for the Position:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but can be a mix of education and experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in Client Services
- Experience or familiarity with the cannabis industry
- High volume inbound/outbound call experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, spontaneous environment
- Occasional weekend work, occasional travel

What You Will Be Doing
- Implementing and executing the go-to-market sales strategy for our Software as a Service products that include both a point of sale system as well as a payment processing platform
- Owning our sales metrics – delivering on KPIs
- Executing the sales process: Cold calling, warm calling, lead follow up, channel partner support and management, technology/software presentations and demonstrations, gaining agreement, good CRM hygiene, etc.
- Communicating and collaborating with our founding team, working directly w/ our Chief Revenue Officer to build a robust funnel of opportunity, delivering accurate forecasts and meeting monthly and quarterly objectives
- Being the voice of the customer, and providing unique insights about the customers in our target markets and what’s most important to them, so that we can continue to deliver unique and meaningful value.
What You Need for this Position
- At least 3 Years of relevant sales experience delivering results for a software or technology company (preferably SaaS and startup experience)
- Ability to work remotely and independently - living anywhere within reason on the east coast is acceptable
- Willingness to travel and visit locations in person

Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the Salesforce implementation that supports the daily operations of the sales organization
- Help coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting with the CRO and Finance team
- Build and monitor sales incentive programs, making sure they are aligning with the goals of the organization
- Work with marketing to build sales collateral
- Coordinate travel and attendance of the Sales team at industry events
- Help with ongoing training of Sales team members on the technology platforms used
- Manage and distribute sales leads to the correct team members
- Investigate and resolve any Sales systems-related issues as they arise
- Assist in special ad-hoc tasks
What You Need for the Position:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Implementation Specialist
We are looking for Implementation Specialists to join our growing company and support the onboarding of new merchants. With a full pipeline of new merchants coming to POSaBIT, you will join our Implementation Team to swiftly, efficiently, and effectively onboard new merchants and get them up and running on our platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Product expert – you will become an expert in all aspects of our products to best serve our new merchants
- Successful onboarding of new merchants – once a merchant has signed on to work with us, you will lead them through all onboarding processes and set timelines to get them up and running
- Training new merchants on how to use our systems and best practices of the system
- Identifying unique needs of new merchants and advising them on features of our system
- Relationship management – you are one of the first contacts new merchants have at POSaBIT and will set a positive tone for working with POSaBIT
- Implementing new features, integrations, and services for merchants that add new services and products from our array of product offerings
- Writing status reports – before handing off onboarded merchants to the Customer Success team, providing comprehensive reports of the onboarding process
- Programming POS and payments equipment for new merchants
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Customer Support Team, Product Management Team, and Development Team to drive customer satisfaction and success.
- Work closely with integration partners to ensure successful implementation of third-party services integrated with our system.
What You Need for the Position:
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding new merchants for a POS or payments platform, OR
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding or training new merchants on SaaS platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, MIS, or similar fields preferred
- Experience working with dispensaries or cannabis-related businesses preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Google platforms
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Zendesk preferred
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent presentation skills
- Attention to detail and top-notch written and verbal communication skills
- Organized self-starter with excellent follow-through required
- Great customer service skills required; ability to speak and write professionally with those at all levels of the organization.
- Tech savvy; analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills preferred
- Ability to earn trust, establish rapport, and maintain positive and professional relationships internally and externally
- Occasional early morning or late night support for onboarding
- Ability to travel to the office in Kirkland, WA, 3+ days per week

- Responsible for inventory management and purchasing
- Develop relationships with our vendor partners to meet cost and maintain inventory targets.

Role Responsibilities
- Perform underwriting for prospective and existing clients using evaluation guidelines on new applications
- Work with and assist a wide variety of merchants to obtain the necessary documentation and information for their application.
- Evaluate new merchant accounts, creating solutions to mitigate potential risk
- Work closely with merchants to ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other rules and regulations
- Review business and personal documents to assess relevance and to determine they are accurate and sufficient.
- Assemble and prepare underwriting documents for review
- Negotiate collateral and/or other risk mitigation instruments as needed
- Collaborate on risk management of existing accounts to mitigate fraudulent transactions and help avoid merchant or company monetary losses
- Complete various monthly tasks to manage our client portfolio and onboarding workflow
- Opportunities to improve business processes and client onboarding
- Partner with sales team on the onboarding of new merchants

- You will serve as a partner to our Sales teams and merchants to accurately underwrite merchant accounts.

- Work independently with minimal supervision and have the ability to assess risk and make decisions while factoring in multiple factors of qualitative data.
