Compensation: Base pay + Commission
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the outside Sales Representatives to build trusted relationships with retail purchasing managers
- Sell flower & manufactured cannabis products to meet sales goals
- Call and email accounts to generate sales of flower & manufactured cannabis products
- Record all activity and relevant information in our customer relationship management software
- Generate and analyze sales reports and patterns to inform sales strategy
- Meet quotas on account communications by utilizing organized call lists
- Work with outside Sales Representatives to present, promote and sell cannabis products to existing and prospective customers by phone and email
- Implement proven sales techniques to generate new sales and develop relationships
- Utilize promotions, promotional products, and samples to drive sales
- Track sales goals and work with management to identify opportunities to overcome objections
- Provide management with reports and feedback on customer needs, interests, and potential for new products and services
- Serve as a service- and solution-oriented point of contact for customer inquiries
- Follow company processes and procedures, updating documents and systems as required
- Support product sell-through by coordinating in-store promotions and vendors days to help educate consumers on products and increase sales for partner brands

We are looking for an energetic and dependable team member who will be focused on preparing orders for our sales and delivery team to deliver Oregon recreational cannabis flower and manufactured products to partner dispensaries.
This position is based in Salem, OR. This position reports to the Salem Fulfillment Supervisor and will work closely with several teams in both the Salem and White City locations. This position is not an entry-level position and requires previous Oregon Cannabis experience noted below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare orders for our sales and delivery team
- Review orders for accuracy and inventory availability
- Utilize systems to understand product availability and work with sales team and dispensaries to substitute product as needed
- Review manifests prior to loading vehicle and ensure proper paperwork
- Maintain internal documentation and fulfillment duties based on established protocols
- Regularly utilize and update software systems to maintain inventory levels and compliance requirements
- Complete order rejections and returns
- Other duties as assigned
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Required: possess an OLCC marijuana worker permit
- Required: Oregon cannabis experience (2 years minimum)
- Required: METRC experience (1 year minimum)
- Required: 21 years or older
- Required: able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably and above head

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated team member to promote sales and Pharmer’s Market’s offering of services. As a Retail Operations Specialist you will be responsible for being the consistent point of contact and face of brands to our valued customers by providing the highest level of customer service and support of other internal team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team to ensure proper support is provided to all customers through a variety of administrative tasks; including, but not limited to, order entry, sample follow up, invoice management
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and new store openings for branded products
- Maintaining detailed data entry into customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products
- Building rapport, maintaining relationships and contact cadence with customers and vendors
- Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to management
- Tracking customer preferences, metrics, media campaigns, and in-store sell through rates for consumer packaged goods
- Ensuring retail partners are restocked frequently with marketing collateral and in-store displays
- Tracking in store promotions and rebates to retailers
- Working closely with our vendor event partner to schedule in store events

Retail Operations Specialist Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service environment is required

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated team member who will be focused on delivering cannabis product to dispensaries within a specific territory in proximity to our warehouse and beyond. In addition to delivering product, this team member will also collect payments, educate budtenders, and promote products to generate sales in dispensaries.
This position is based in Salem, OR and will require driving to dispensaries throughout the Northern, Mid- and Eastern parts of Oregon. The job will require approximately 30-40 hours of driving per week in company provided vehicle and may at times include overtime and overnight travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure product is delivered in a timely manner
- Verify inventory matches manifest before departing
- Collect, handle and transport cash and follow all company protocols around tracking and handling of cash
- Work closely with warehouse, fulfillment, and sales teams on a regular basis
- Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork and follow company protocols for logging/filing paperwork at the end of each day
- Update appropriate systems with notes or updates as needed at the end of each day
- Educate budtenders about our portfolio of products
- When applicable, promote and encourage sales of our portfolio of products and sell through of products delivered
- Follow laws of the road at all times

The Commodities Support role at Pharmer’s Market will support the organization’s intake of cannabis flower within Oregon. This position is based out of our Salem, Oregon, warehouse and will work closely with the Commodities department in both Salem and White City locations, as well as Pharmer's Market management. This position will report to the Procurement Manager and support the Commodities team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
- Serve as point person for intake and inventory of flower at the Salem warehouse within the commodities department
- Sourcing new farm related commodities and establishing relationships
- Creating Purchase Orders for all commodities product coming into the warehouse
- Follow outlined procedures for intaking and retagging flower
- Update flower sample menu with inventory levels/pricing adjustments
- Photograph sample inventory
- Keep flower bins organized and audited in warehouse
- Coordinate with intake manager in White City for transfers between warehouses
- Assist in monthly inventory counts
- Work closely with and support commodities department
- Driving to pick up product, as needed (company vehicle provided from warehouse location)
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
· Work to develop company strategy and focus
· Track expenses to align with budget, seeking cost savings whenever applicable
· Align with established brand guidelines and company voice at every touchpoint
· Design or oversee the design of tools for the sales and supplier support teams, as well as the overarching company brand to drive sales and awareness
· Serve as project manager for several brand and marketing projects
· Organize promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing as needed
· Analyze effectiveness of promotions and tools and adjust improve efficacy
· Develop templates and schedules for maximum efficiency
· Create and maintain department digital file organization
· Maintain company website social media presence, keeping content fresh and engaging
· Research market trends in cannabis and integrate with design and voice

WHAT YOU BRING
Requirements:
· 4+ years experience in marketing, including graphic design, illustration, copywriting, and social media management
· 4+ years experience in project management experience
· 3+ years experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a must)
· 2+ years experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
· Experience with Mac environment
· Preferred: experience with Slack and Asana
· Must be 21 years or older

Compensation: Base pay + Commission
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the outside Sales Representatives to build trusted relationships with retail purchasing managers
- Sell flower & manufactured cannabis products to meet sales goals
- Call and email accounts to generate sales of flower & manufactured cannabis products
- Record all activity and relevant information in our customer relationship management software
- Generate and analyze sales reports and patterns to inform sales strategy
- Meet quotas on account communications by utilizing organized call lists
- Work with outside Sales Representatives to present, promote and sell cannabis products to existing and prospective customers by phone and email
- Implement proven sales techniques to generate new sales and develop relationships
- Utilize promotions, promotional products, and samples to drive sales
- Track sales goals and work with management to identify opportunities to overcome objections
- Provide management with reports and feedback on customer needs, interests, and potential for new products and services
- Serve as a service- and solution-oriented point of contact for customer inquiries
- Follow company processes and procedures, updating documents and systems as required
- Support product sell-through by coordinating in-store promotions and vendors days to help educate consumers on products and increase sales for partner brands

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated team member who will be focused on delivering cannabis product to dispensaries within a specific territory in proximity to our White City warehouse. In addition to delivering product, this team member will also collect payments, educate budtenders, and promote products to generate sales in dispensaries.
This position is based in White City, OR and will require driving to dispensaries throughout the Southwestern parts of Oregon. The job will require approximately 30-40 hours of driving per week in company provided vehicle and may at times include overtime and overnight travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure product is delivered in a timely manner
- Verify inventory matches manifest before departing
- Work closely with warehouse, fulfillment, and sales teams on a regular basis
- Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork and follow company protocols for logging/filing paperwork at the end of each day
- Update appropriate systems with notes or updates as needed at the end of each day
- Educate budtenders about our portfolio of products
- When applicable, promote and encourage sales of our portfolio of products and sell through of products delivered
- Follow laws of the road at all times
- Keep company vehicle organized and clean at all times
- Other duties as assigned
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Requirement: valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving and parking large cargo vans
- Possess a marijuana worker permit
- Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably

This full-time position is based out of our warehouse in Salem, OR and will support a specific territory of dispensaries.
