The PHALT Store is looking for clean cut, respectful, well-spoken and competent candidates to fill various part-time and full-time sales/retail positions in-store.
Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. Business casual dress and professionalism when interacting with customers both expected.
Hours needed are 10:00 AM through 10:00 PM, Monday–Sunday. Candidates should have flexible availability, as hours may change from week to week.
- You will be required to familiarize yourself intimately with our entire inventory in order to develop a thorough, nuanced understanding of the products on our shelves.
*Pay begins at $25/hr and goes up from there depending on commissions, bonuses, etc. — an exact pay structure has yet to be decided, but you will be guaranteed an adjusted, real hourly pay rate of at least $25/hr.
