The PEOPLE’S Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands. The Inventory Control Clerk must be able to count and record all inventories and enter in a main database while minimizing excess supply.

The PEOPLE’S Retail Associate is responsible for providing exceptional and professional service to all customers, vendors and guests that come into the store. The Associate will work in various roles within the store, as outlined below. Order Fulfillment:
- Quickly and efficiently place, process and fill online, kiosk and delivery orders
- Ensure correct product is pulled and bagged for each order
- Pay attention to details and accurately prepare each order
- Identify and communicate items unable to fulfill due to inventory discrepancies to the Manager on Duty or Inventory Manager
- Assist customers with possible substitutions when items are sold out or are unable to be fulfilled
Sales/Upstairs Counters:
- Provide professional and excellent customer service by demonstrating strong product knowledge and sales skills
- Identify customer needs and provide them with all possible product options and price points
- Follow merchandising guidelines and maintain all product displays as set by vendors or buyers

The Extraction Supervisor will oversee all production, quality assurance, refinement, operations, training, safety awareness and personnel.
The Supervisor will manage a team of 4-6 direct reports to produce high-quality concentrates, distillates and isolates. The Extraction Supervisor will be the main team leader on the ground, it will include significant administrative and regulatory compliance duties.

PEOPLE’S Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all retail operations. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) partners with the General Manager to plan and execute business development strategies for growth.
Compensation:
$60,000
Responsibilities:
- Assists the General Manager with daily retail operations
- Directs and coordinates and oversees departmental activities to meet business goals and objectives
- Reviews activities, costs, operations, and forecast-data to determine progress towards company goals and objectives
- Manages all record, timekeeping, attendance tracking
- Enforces company Standard Operating Procedures
- Oversees key projects, processes, and performance reports
- Ensures facility compliance with federal, state, and local industry regulations
- Develops and communicates employee evaluations
- Effectively and productively communicate with management
- Manages employee relations with support of human resources
- Manages performance by formulating effective goals, setting targets, and key performance
- Works with Inventory Manager to prevent loss and diversion to provide inventory oversight
- Maintains regulatory compliance with state and federal law
- Responsible for reporting any indication of loss
- Oversees in continuing general cannabis industry education
- Complies with HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates successful leadership
- Demonstrates people management skills and development capability
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient at multi- tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry
- First Aid Training
- OSHA Training
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid identification to work in the US
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
