ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee co-man relationships, planning, scheduling, sourcing, production and reporting of all aspects of Consumables Operations for multiple states
- Oversee and own all parts of the manufacturing workflow
- Report on performance to key collaborators and leadership
- Schedule and set agendas for regular external co-man meetings
- Lead and drive Quarterly Business Review with co-man (in partnership with Consumable Ops Director)
- Communicate with team members within Consumable Ops, Commercial and Cross-Functionally and ensuring that deliverables and milestones are met on schedule
- Preparing for and attending regular Sales & Operations Planning meetings
- Monitor, track and report on Finished Goods, WIP, and raw materials inventories by SKU
- Commercialization of new products in the marketplace - launching new SKUs and products on-time and on-spec as outline by Product Requirements Documentation (PRD)
- Oversee all components of BOM for each product from dry goods (packaging, cases, labels) to THC inputs
- Supervise state specific supply chain partners by providing timeline forecast guidance; issue POs via co-man to execute supply plan to meet production goals set by Demand Planners
- Assist with writing and enforcing PAX SOPs, optimizing workflows with Co-man
- On-board and train Co-mans on Pax SOPs
- Monitor sales orders, deliveries, transactions with Transporter service, troubleshoot issues that may arise
- Source/Order equipment and coordinate shipment, arrival, storage and step up with Co-man
- Problem-solve collaboratively to allow the Pax brand to thrive
- Assist Finance/Accounting teams with review, auditing, reconciling invoices from external partners
- Engage with GM/Sales team to troubleshoot and/or support driving sales performance in the retail channel
- Support any needs from cross-functional teams - marketing, legal/compliance, executive, GSM on requests from co-man facility
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years manufacturing operations experience
- Cannabis experience a plus
- 4 year degree preferred
- Strong with spreadsheets and slides, presenting concepts in concise, digestible format
- Ability to present and communicate in front of wide range of audiences (executive, team, co-man leadership, co-man staff, co-man labor)
- Up to 50% travel required
- Can be remote, but preferred within 90 min travel to co-man site or HQ

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAX is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Associate/Manager to focus on our US Consumables markets beginning with CA, CO and MA. The successful candidate will be a results-driven growth champion who will take ownership of analysis supporting strategic decisions and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team.
This is an opportunity to be a part of defining and building the Sales Operations function at PAX.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, this person will:
- Provide operational and strategic support for US consumables markets; enabling the sales team to successfully complete business objectives
- Define performance metrics and think critically about potential pivots based on results
- Work directly with sales leaders to achieve goals by providing cadenced and ad hoc analytical support
- Own market trends and insights; proactively identifying headwinds/tailwinds and providing strategic recommendations to combat/maximize
- Take accountability for deliverables; reliably lead and deliver multiple concurrent work streams and adjust focus as priorities shift
- Identify and source efficient data sets; staying abreast of new data providers that can make valuable contributions to PAX
- Derive meaningful, actionable insights and specific recommendations from complex internal and external data sets
- Support go-to-market strategies for new market and new product launches
- Identify friction points within the sales organization and work with key team members to drive improvement in efficiency by simplifying processes and optimizing use of available tools
- Support sales incentive ideation, development and execution
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity; independently take vague questions and deliver meaningful analysis and results with an entrepreneurial approach
- Listen to challenges, ask the right questions and recommend strategies to solve complex problems
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
- Bachelor's degree required in a business-related or analytical field
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical role like Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Business Operations, Finance or Strategy
- Expert Excel skills required; experience building analytical models from scratch
- Excellent verbal and written communication with experience tailoring messages for senior leaders; turning sophisticated ideas into concise takeaways
- Strong intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn and grow
- CPG experience preferred
- Familiarity with cannabis or another highly regulated, fragmented industry a plus

PAX Labs is seeking a dynamic individual as an addition to our sales team. Applicants must be driven to succeed, able to overcome objections using informed selling, and skilled at using creative solutions to address challenges. This is a field sales role with about 80% of the time spent in dispensaries. You will be working remotely while reporting and working with the team at HQ in San Francisco. Your territory will cover the greater Massachusetts area.
Drives sales execution standards to include:
- Be responsible for sell- in of new products and launching new doors while retaining existing accounts (dispensary/distributor) by managing relationships, increasing product assortment, and facilitating merchandising and product training
- Meet and strive to exceed company and individual sales specific goals
- Develop and drive programs that move products as well as drive new and existing points of sales distribution
- Deepen existing business relationships by increasing account satisfaction
- Be in the field with accounts to evaluate customer needs, understand market drivers and forces, and work with PLI HQ to ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing
- Weekly activity and program recap report briefs
Support distributor and retail management through:
- Identification of market opportunities (net new doors) and trends in your territory
- Ensure targeted distribution and retail price management
- Visibility – Support POS Placement/ Shelf Management programs (merchandising solutions are created by the PLI marketing team in San Francisco HQ)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in CPG
- Cannabis experience prioritized
- Technically proficient with CRM systems (we use Salesforce)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAX is seeking a highly motivated Head of Field Sales, Colorado who will help shape and manage the direction of our Colorado sales team. This role will be the lead for how the PAX platform is presented in Colorado and will be accountable for growing the PAX platform in the state.
The ideal candidate loves being in the field, meeting with retailers and consumers, digging into data to identify opportunities, and coaching/mentoring team members.
About you… You have cannabis experience directing a sales team, managing to performance targets, and building distribution. You have a deep knowledge of the Colorado cannabis market and close relationships with a network of retailers. You love people and motivating a field sales and marketing team to achieve PAX's commercial targets and goals in Colorado.
$100-130k base salary + 25% bonus target, DOE
Responsibilities include:
Sales
- Help set targets, objectives and performance metrics for Colorado
- Incentivize and motivate the field sales team to execute on goals, objectives and metrics
- Own the development and implementation of sales programs that will attract new key accounts and enhance sales to current customers
Management
- Provide leadership to a team responsible for selling the company's products and services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts across regional market

POSITION SUMMARY:
IT Integration Developer is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting new tools and services that integrate people, processes and technologies to enable efficient business operations at Pax Labs. This role will work closely with business users and functional owners to understand the end-to-end integration processes for conducting business transactions. A successful candidate will have broad technical understanding of various application integration methods and tools, and process orchestration and monitoring.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Data and Application Integration Interfaces.
- Identify and gather data and application integration requirements for business processes.
- Create functional specifications based on application integration requirements.
- Document source to target mapping and end-to-end flows for meeting integration requirements.
- Document current and future state business integration processes across multiple applications.
- Act as subject matter expert for the data and process integration between business application endpoints.
- Work with project managers, vendors, business analysts and other application developers to design technically sound integration solutions.
- Define integration test scenarios across multiple application endpoints. Design and execute system integration test plans.
- Adhere to IT development standards and change management to code, test, implement and integrate new and enhanced functionality.
- Handle production support on application integration incidents/problems and provide timely resolution and communication.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of integration development experience with iPaaS such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Jitterbit.
- Experience with Web Services, SOAP, REST, and API for Application Integration Development.
- Experience with ERP and Ecommerce integrations for B2B, B2C, 3PL, and other partners.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a GM, East Coast, to own go-to-market for all PAX products in the fastest growing cannabis market in the country. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a new business line in cannabis consumables, manage go-to-market (GTM) activities with our wholesale and retail partners for all PAX products (including devices), and act as the key business owner of the P&L across the market. In this role, you will help build PAX's playbook for consumables and will have the opportunity to roll out that playbook in similar states or regions over time. Initially, your job will involve strategic planning, along with others on the PAX team, to help design our go-to-market for our new lines. Quickly the job will transition to executional elements including negotiating contracts, managing external partners, guiding our in-market sales team, and other activities to ensure all our industry-leading products are effectively produced, distributed, merchandised, marketed, and sold in the state with the support of other relevant PAX functions.
- Refining the consumables launch strategy & operating plan for our East Coast markets
- Providing input into new product strategy and customer segmentation
- Helping define top line and market share goals for our new products
- Optimizing our GTM plan to properly target and equip the right retail partners at launch
- Launching our new business line in the market
- Working cross-functionally within PAX to leverage internal resources and align various stakeholders
- Identifying key external partners, suppliers, and prospective customers and forging relationships
- Negotiating and signing agreements

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAX is looking to strengthen our People function with the addition of an HR Business Partner. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, the HRBP position is responsible for building strong strategic relationships across multiple business functions, working with leaders and executives to identify areas of opportunity to strengthen employee engagement and retention, build strong teams and design efficient, high-value processes and programs.
- Lead client teams through all regular People processes including performance reviews, promotions, succession planning, and team structuring
- Work with leaders to define needs around employee engagement, performance, and retention

- Use data to identify trends in engagement and attrition, and anticipate future hiring and training needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAX Labs is seeking a dynamic individual as an addition to our sales team. Applicants must be driven to succeed, able to overcome objections using informed selling, and skilled at using creative solutions to address challenges. This is a field sales role with about 80% of time spent in dispensaries. You will be working remotely while reporting and working with the team at HQ in San Francisco. Your territory will cover the greater North Los Angeles territory.
Drives sales execution standards to include:
- Be responsible for sell- in of new products and launching new doors while retaining existing accounts (dispensary/distributor) by managing relationships, increasing product assortment and facilitating merchandising and product trainings.

- Develop and drive programs that move product as well as drive new and existing points of sales distribution

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAX Labs is seeking a dynamic individual as an addition to our sales team. Applicants must be driven to succeed, able to overcome objections using informed selling, and skilled at using creative solutions to address challenges. This is a field sales role with about 80% of the time spent in dispensaries. You will be working remotely while reporting and working with the team at HQ in San Francisco. Your territory will cover the greater Denver Metro area with occasional travel to serve a defined region outside Denver.
Drives sales execution standards to include:
- Be responsible for sell- in of new products and launching new doors while retaining existing accounts (dispensary/distributor) by managing relationships, increasing product assortment, and facilitating merchandising and product training
- Meet and strive to exceed company and individual sales specific goals
- Develop and drive programs that move products as well as drive new and existing points of sales distribution
- Deepen existing business relationships by Increasing account satisfaction
- Be in the field with accounts to evaluate customer needs, understand market drivers and forces, and work with PLI HQ to ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing
- Weekly activity and program recap report briefs
Support distributor and retail management through:
- Identification of market opportunities (net new doors) and trends in your territory
- Ensure targeted distribution and retail price management
- Visibility – Support POS Placement/ Shelf Management programs (merchandising solutions are created by the PLI marketing team in San Francisco HQ)
- Consumer Focused Promotional activity (Retail)
- Retailer Education
- Overnight trips to assigned regions outside of Denver (2-3x per quarter)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in CPG
- Cannabis experience prioritized
- Technically proficient with CRM systems (we use Salesforce)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Comfortable presenting
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAX Labs is looking for a Senior Accountant. You'll support the current accounting and finance team to timely and accurately perform various tasks needed for the monthly close. This position will also be responsible for assisting in developing processes and procedures to ensure all general ledger activity is maintained in accordance with GAAP. The ideal candidate will have a forward thinking approach to efficient accounting processes.
- Lead and maintain Treasury related functions including accounting for daily cash transactions, foreign currency adjustments, and preparing weekly cash reports
- Maintain account balances and bank statements
- Prepare accurate and timely journal entries in accordance with our established schedule and with input from relevant departments.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the Corporate Controller's attention.
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Maintain company accounting procedures and processes
- Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements
- Advise on procedure and financial management
- Develop procedures to improve efficiency
- Assist with audits and taxes
- Manage general ledger and assist month-end/year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system implementation a plus
- Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Inventory & Cost Accounting Manager will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of inventory accounting, including the analysis of system to 3PL variances, inventory reserve calculations, and performing related account reconciliations. As the Inventory & Cost Accounting Manager you will also have a hand in both designing and executing monthly financial and operational reporting surrounding inventory, be responsible for performing inventory and cost analysis, and maintaining financial reports, records and general ledgers. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude who is a problem solver and can see the big picture, while focusing on the details. This position reports to the Head of Accounting.
As the PAX Inventory & Cost Accounting Manager you will:
- Review current accounting processes related to inventory including, but not limited to, purchasing and costing, and partner with operations to make improvements
- Establish and maintain cost models, ensure compliance with US GAAP and that information received is up to date and relevant and that any variances are analyzed and incorporated into workflow
- Manage inventory reports including reconciling to the system and usage. Partner with operations staff and our 3PL warehouses on inventory controls and processes, PI's and cycle count
- Collaborate with the operational side of the business to perform inventory analysis and provide meaningful commentary of inventory flux to the Finance organization as part of month-end reporting.
- Review and analyze margins, analyzing purchase price variances and performing sensitivity analysis
- Investigate the cause of any inventory irregularities
- Collaborate with our IT applications and operation teams to develop enhancements to the inventory accounting system and improve process engineering
- Working with the operational side of business to analyze inventory levels and usage to identify potential excess and obsolete inventory
- Participate in the annual financial statement audit
- Develop, document, and implement policies and processes that will scale with growth
- Key member of the month-end close team - prepare adjusting journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and perform flux analysis
- Participate in close meetings and lead discussion on cost of goods sold
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- Work collaboratively across teams, providing actionable insights to help drive optimal business decisions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6-8 years of experience (direct cost / inventory accounting experience is a plus)
- Attention to detail and strong communication, time management and organizational skills
- Data and results driven, detail oriented
- Familiarity with various accounting software
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc.)
- Understands warehouse management system and full scope of inventory movement

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Director of FP&A, you will oversee the FP&A function for our core PAX business, including:
What You Will Do
- Oversee our 3 person FP&A team as well as the outside contractors who support our in-house team
- Build out a best-in-class forecasting model that helps us maximize enterprise value over time
- Improve our approach to product pricing, bundling, discounting, and promotions
- Lead strategic projects to improve top-line sales, our margin profile, and our cash flow
- Work cross functionally with our operations, product, accounting, and sales teams to build budgets, track cash flows, and improve our financial operations
- Build relationships across the organization to help the FP&A team stay ahead of the curve as we make changes to our GTM strategy
- Create investor-facing communications and board materials

Who You Are
You're a curious, creative, and analytical thinker that's passionate about making an impact on an organization. You have prior experience building financial models, breaking down large data sets, and making strategic recommendations to the organization. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) who will be working with the Director of Engineering Programs, to drive the design, development, and mass production of Pax hardware products.
PAX EPMs are responsible for leading and presenting project definition, development landmarks, project schedules, validation/FA/CA, and project status in the development of new products.
The ideal candidate will have seen multiple product cycles from start to finish and shipping consumer hardware in large quantities. They would be technical enough to understand thoroughly and intuitively a wide variety of issues - from firmware to UX, electrical to mechanical, reliability, manufacturing, and logistics. They are a creative problem solver and make informed decisions using data. Hyper-organization and no hesitation to jump in and fix something that's disorganized or broken is key. If they are experienced working with program management and communication tools such as Gantt charts (Smartsheets), Google Docs, and JIRA/Confluence that is a huge bonus!
As a PAX EPM you will:
- Define, drive, and own overall development process from concept to launch of new PAX products
- Be the multi-functional organizer for schedule, budget, communications, and task/Problem tracking
- Drive realistic program schedules that "plan to do it right," while ensuring high-risk areas have mitigation strategies and actions in place
- Constantly balance schedule, cost, features, and user experience tradeoffs to deliver the best possible product on time
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, PLM, Operations, and Product to complete HW programs through DVT and ensure a smooth transition to Operations at PVT
- Drive strong program management hygiene including project meeting cadence, bug/action item tracking, and retrospectives
- Assure clear and consistent presentations to executive leadership on project status, schedules, and critical issues for support needed
- Travel to support manufacturing builds and ensure factory engagement standard methodologies are established
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years in consumer products and/or other product development and a broad technical background
- Proven track record of shipping products and leading them through their entire life cycle
- Experience working with Asian manufacturing and supply chains including travel to manufacturing sites to run NPI builds

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Product Designer will be a key member of the Product team and will contribute to: the development and launch of features that help users navigate the cannabis space, and have even more control over their experiences. Additionally, they will aid in the incubating and growing of existing products, including the adaptation of existing experiences to new surfaces (desktop to mobile and vice versa).

PAX HARDWARE TEAM
The Hardware division is responsible for the physical product, i.e. the industrial design+electrical+mechanicals+validation+firmware. We're responsible for delivering, so you should have that mind-set, too. We are a small but efficient team, diverse in experience from consumer products to medical devices to solar. Taking personal responsibility for your work and taking initiative to solve problems are both key traits we look for in our team members. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As PAX Lab's Product Integrity Engineer, you will test and/or troubleshoot products in our lab, working as a team member on the team which helps drive quality through our development process, ensuring that only the best products make it into the marketplace after extensive vetting of the design through verification and validation testing.
- Electrical and mechanical component-level troubleshooting, fault reproduction, and failure analysis
- Assemble and disassemble products, conduct visual mechanical inspection

- Experienced with the use of test equipment, e.g., microscope, multi-meter, oscilloscope
- Knowledge of polymers and their performance characteristics
- Knowledge of heat transfer fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of analytical techniques and skilled at problem-solving and deductive reasoning
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis
- Experienced with chemical handling
- Demonstrated ability to complete tests and resolve problems in a self-directed and timely manner and to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to follow documented procedures and processes
- Domestic and international travel up to 20%

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PAX Labs is seeking a dynamic individual to join our sales team. We are looking for a sales representative who is driven to succeed, able to overcome objections using informed selling, and skilled at using creative solutions to address challenges. If you are energized and an engaged self-starter looking for an opportunity to excel and grow within an exciting company at the cutting edge of product design and technology, we'd like to meet you.
This is a field sales role. You will be working remotely while reporting and working with the team at HQ in San Francisco, as well as the local Colorado team. Your territory will cover Denver and the surrounding areas. Driving will be required.
As the PAX Colorado TSM, you will:
Drives sales execution standards to include:
- Act as the company ambassador and sales representative for all retail dispensaries in an assigned geographic territory
- Meet company and individual sales specific goals
- Build new relationships and deepen existing business relationships through continual account satisfaction
- Build strong rapport and relationships with our Brand Partners (PAX Era)
- Train dispensaries in product knowledge and execution of PAX Labs sales and merchandising standards (merchandising solutions are created by the PLI marketing team in San Francisco HQ)
- Collaborate with extended sales & marketing team to develop an annual budget & plan for sales strategy execution
- Weekly activity and program recaps
Support Brand Partner, distributor, and retail management through:
- Identifying market opportunities and trends in your territory
- Ensuring targeted distribution and retail price management
- Visibility – Supporting POS Placement/ Shelf Management programs (merchandising solutions are created by the Marketing team in San Francisco HQ)
- Consumer Focused Promotional activity (Retail)
- Retailer Education
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- Minimum 3 - 5 years outside sales experience in CPG with DSD and 3 tier understanding
- Cannabis experience is not required, but preferred
- Technically proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Comfortable presenting, particularly in dispensaries, cannabis trade shows, and other cannabis events
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines
- Must be innovative with a creative way of thinking
- Must always strive to exceed expectations
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrable equivalent work experience
