Overview:
Employees of this classification shall use project management tools and techniques to analyze and report of project goals. They will assist in the implementation and execution of plans to meet the goals and meet the milestones and end date of assigned projects. This position will review daily and weekly production reports to ensure attention to detail and accuracy. They will ensure information is reported to the customer and management on a weekly or as needed basis.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Minimum Experience Requirements:

Overview:
Position consists of general heavy equipment operation for construction and trenching operations. This position consists of heavy equipment operation including but not limited to: Backhoe, front end loader, dump truck and pulling flat bed trailer. The operator will be digging and operating around existing underground utilities and should be able to take the necessary safety and job precautions when excavating. Candidates in this position should also be able to operate a Knuckle Boom / Crane truck as well. This position will help locate other underground utilities and take the necessary precautions digging around them.
Responsibilities:
- Able to review and know all locate identifiers as needed
- Operating Backhoe/Mini excavators/Knuckle Boom/Crane Truck to dig trenches, set hand holes and manholes.
- Pulling fiber and copper cables into conduit.
- May include some manual laborer work as needed within the crew
- Maintaining truck and equipment cleanliness, inside & outside along with all preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
- Other operator related tasks as assigned by direct manager
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years old to drive company vehicles/operate equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Must obtain Class A Commercial Driver's License within 90 day's of hire date.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with crew.
- Be available to work overtime and emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Maintain a positive attitude with team.
- Maintain good public relations (interact with the public in a courteous manner).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Basic ability to use small tools/hand tools.
- Must have strong physical endurance for hot weather conditions, repetitive bending, stooping, lifting, transferring equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
- Must pass company drug testing.
