Overmount LLC is looking to employ a Cannabis Extraction Technician whose primary job responsibility is to produce and refine crude cannabis oil/extract through various extraction techniques and processes. Our Denver extraction facility is looking for a full-time person to join our extraction team. This person shall comply with all state, local laws and company SOPs, policies, codes of conduct, and emergency and safety procedures. The Extraction Technician will be responsible for the consistent, sanitary and safe production of cannabis extracts utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced. Extraction technicians are expected to have a firm understanding of the chemical principles that are being applied during processing. Extraction technicians are also expected to record essential processing information during production and report the information necessary on each batch that is processed.
Making hands on decisions as an Extraction Technician will be done surrounded with principles of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Preparing material for extraction according to the production schedule
· Set up and operate hydrocarbon extraction equipment (the MEP by ETS)
· Basic job-related troubleshooting of extraction equipment
· Maintain a neat, clean and compliant workspace
· Support the manufacturing of Wax, Shatter, Live Resin Products and any other product produced by Overmount LLC over time
· Cleaning and maintaining equipment including tools, buckets, scales and columns
· Complete and maintain all records, logs, and paperwork
· Meet assigned goals
· Perform all assigned cleaning and maintenance
· Collect hazardous and non-hazardous waste
· Assist management in development projects as assigned
· Assess product quality
· Willingly share skills and knowledge
· Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements with somesupervision
· Contribute to SOPs, inventory reports, or productivity reports
· Communicate production progress and status changes at shift change over
· Assist in training for new technicians, as needed
· Work as part of a team to meet production schedule
· Interact with vendors equipment manufacturers as assigned & if needed
· Communicate when supplies are low

Qualifications and Skills

· MED badge required

· 1 - 3 years’ experience operating BHO extraction equipment, preferably with the MEP by ETS
· Knowledge of METRC preferred
· Ability to stand for majority of shift
· Reliable transportation to/from facility in Denver, CO
· Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, up to 75 pounds occasionally
· Ability to work longer than 8hr shifts, if needed
· Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
· Has basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the oil processing industry
· Has experience following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform critical job functions.
· Is mechanically inclined; able to find and diagnose mechanical issues with industrial equipment

MEDICAL / RECREATIONAL PACKAGER for GROWING MIP
OVERMOUNT IS A GROWING and independently owned recreational/medical Marijuana Infused Products ( MIP ) facility located in Denver, CO. Overmount is currently looking for a MED BADGED packager immediately (experience preferred)!
Responsibilities include packaging concentrates, some cleaning, organizing, as well as some other duties involved in day to day operations of packaging at a MIP. The incoming employee will work closely with the company managers and owners to meet all needs. It is important for the incoming packager to have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, packaging experience (preferred), be punctual, dependable, reliable and able to follow direction.
Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Candidate must have an active Marijuana Enforcement Division Employee badge in which No Felonies are mandatory. MUST HAVE A SUPPORT OR KEY MED BADGE AND MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD.
Candidate must be an independent worker who is organized and deadline oriented.
Candidate must also possess excellent communication skills; and have the ability to relate to diverse members and staff population.
Hours may vary between 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday, working 35 to 40 hours a week. Open availability and reliable transportation preferred. Upon gaining employment with our company a 30 Day Probation Period will be in place. This is a full-time job. Pay Frequency is Twice monthly.

ORDER FULFILLMENT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Overmount LLC (Overmount Labs) is a growing medical and recreational infused products manufacturer located in Denver, CO.

Overmount is seeking a flexible and detail oriented person to fulfill the Order Fulfillment Manager position. Our Order Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for the administration and management of fulfilling orders for the company. This person will enter, review and adjust orders when and/or if needed. This person will work side by side with our current lab manager and packaging department in doing so.
DUTIES
- PACKAGING – Ensure all product is packaged properly according to the Packaging SOP, including: * Quality checked and the correct packaging used * Correct label applied and all information filled out correctly * METRC tag applied and registered in METRC * Create packages for potency and microbial testing * Properly store packages in an organized fashion * Ensure a sufficient inventory of all supplies (bags, METRC tags, labels, etc) * Maintain accurate and hard copies of all required logs and forms (potency and microbial testing, METRC errors, etc.)
- ORDER FULLFILLMENT – Properly fulfill orders according to the Order Filling SOP, including: * Pulling the proper packages from inventory * Liaising with the customer and the salesperson in cases where the order cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part * Quality checking each package and verifying the weight of each package * Properly manifesting each package out of METRC * Creating final invoices and handing over to either the customer, sales person or delivering entity in a timely fashion * Creating the packet of information required, including relevant potency tests, licenses, invoices, etc. * Arranging for delivery to satisfy customer demand * Ensuring the order is properly and legally packaged for transport * Ensuring the order is properly and legally picked up for delivery * Ensure a sufficient inventory of all supplies (boxes, security tape, clear envelopes, etc.) * Maintain accurate and complete hard copies of all required logs and forms (customer profiles, invoices, manifests, etc.)
- INVENTORY MANAGEMENT – Ensure all inventory is accounted for, including: * Package weights are properly entered into METRC and/or any other program used to track inventory * Reconcile METRC with physical inventory weekly * Update the Wholesale Menu sales platform used by Overmount as needed (weekly and/or daily) * Keep digital records complete and organized
- MISCELLANEOUS: * Arrange for and liaise with testing lab(s) to have samples tested * Upload potency results where required when results are available * Communicate with Manufacturing GM about needs including staffing, supplies, quality control and logistical issues/needs * Ensure bio-security and other security protocols are being followed * Follow all MED compliance requirements, including maintaining the security of the packaging and storage rooms
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR equal work experience
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
- High-level attention to detail, administrative skills, problem-solving skills, and highly organized
- Knowledge of state inventory tracking system (METRC) and the ability to understand and audit all levels of METRC - TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Current Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Occupational Badge (Support or Key).
