PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Production Manager will assist the Site Director with production and facility operations. The Manager will help oversee and manage personnel to perform all the tasks necessary to meet high operating standards.
The Manager oversees and maintains quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping and packaging. The Manager must monitor and maintain production facility in accordance with safety standards, including government and State regulations.
Job Duties:
Oversee production by creating and reviewing production schedule; study and clarify specifications; calculate requirements; monitor inventories of materials and supplies
Manage and work with Production staff to produce finished goods, including vape products, edibles, concentrates and other infused cannabis products while maintaining safety, quality and capacity standards.
Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes and predict effects on supply chain activities.
Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving.
Use computer systems to control stock levels, inventory accuracy, and orders.
Inspect physical conditions of facility and equipment, order testing, maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarder
Proactively plan on implementation of new systems and procedures to minimize disruption of existing daily workflow
QA/QC duties that include data review of analytical testing for quality and consistency.
Clean and maintain equipment and facility following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures to comply with legal regulations.
Review inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment and transportation manifests in METRC.
Create SOPs, training records, and related documentation as needed.
Maintain material safety data sheets for all department chemicals and products.
Compliance:
Ensure processing operation is fully compliant with state regulations and federal and state law.
Assure that operation adheres to all business and industry license requirements.
Maintain strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory and documents production by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
Skills:
Able to process samples by collection, preparing for analysis, and quantifying results
Familiar use of a wide range of pipettes, scales and knowing their volume capabilities
Health and safety practices and precautions applicable to a manufacturing environment
Proper and safe handling and disposal of chemicals, substances, and hazardous wastes
Capabilities with computer systems, software, and hardware common to laboratories record-keeping procedures
Requirements:
Min 1 year previous cannabis production experience required
Min 1 year experience Managing production operations preferred
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Must have OLCC Marijuana Worker's Permit
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform repetitive techniques accurately and consistently
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, along with frequent bending
Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with fingers
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds with assistance
Valid state driver's license

Packaging AssociateThe position is responsible for assisting with any and all, day-to-day handling, packaging and labeling duties of a fast growing recreational cannabis processor.
Duties include but are not limited to: weighing extracts and flower/trim, labeling finished products, packaging cannabis products, production of cannabis products, counting products, accurately keeping track of inventory, cleaning, organizing, sanitizing work stations, and setup/breakdown of production and packaging areas.
Requirements and QualificationsMust hold a valid OLCC MJ permit.Honest, dependable and detail oriented.One year of experience in the cannabis industry preferred, but not required.Ability to work as a solid team player with a positive attitude.Ability to learn and adapt quickly, understand, carry out oral and written instructions & request clarification when needed.Strict adherence to rules & regulations established by the Company and OLCC.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs is required to perform duties.
