RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as part of a team every day to ensure all material gets processed into water hash correctly
- Complete compliance checks to make sure all paperwork and tags are logged accurately
- Prep washroom and post-production room to allow for proper and efficient use of equipment
- Preform opening and closing duties correctly to maintain a clean, safe work area
- Keep up with maintenance on Ice machine as well as freeze dryers and pumps
- Monthly changes of water filters for reverse osmosis filters in cold room and ice machine
- Conduct quality control audits to identify poor quality and/or a product issue
- Work well with other departments in order to solve problems by sharing knowledge
- Follow all solventless procedures on SOPs
- Ensure accuracy and completeness while maintaining required production volume
- Calculate basic measure and weights
- Follow all safety measures
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Complete paperwork duties with accuracy and consistency
- Work both independently and as a part of a team to hit not only personal goals but also team goals
- Effectively manage personal time to ensure optimal productivity
- Help train newer employees when/if necessary
- Identify and communicate issues to Manager as needed
- Maintain a neat, clean and tidy workspace
- Accept regular feedback and quickly implements new strategies and processes as directed
- Fulfill other duties as assigned, according to the needs of the business
- Abide by product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies/regulatory agency compliance

· Maintain a safe, clean working environment to ensure quality of product is being met
· Punctual, organized, consistent attendance
· Ensure accuracy and completeness while maintaining required production volume
· Calculate basic measure and weights
· Ability to follow all safety and compliance measures

Job Description, Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- The edible production technician is responsible for safely and compliantly following company SOP’s to prepare and produce edibles with our team. This includes accurately recording all batch data, carefully inspecting hardware and equipment before, during and after production as well as numerous other tasks to ensure all edibles produced are up to company standards.
- This position requires mainly light lifting with occasional heavy lifting (60lbs+), bending, kneeling and sitting.
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences. Strong communication skills appreciated.
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, governmental agencies, community members and the general public.
- Safely and responsibly producing while maintaining a clean work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to work with all aspects of plant: cuttings, toppings, pruning, transplanting while following the company’s SOPs
- Scout daily/weekly for plant pests and diseases and take corrective action
- Apply preventive pesticides and fungicides in a manner compliant with OSHA and Federal WPS standards
- Monitor environment
- Nutrient management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Maintain detailed and organized records of growing data and prepare and present regular progress reports
- Conduct quality control audits to identify poor quality and/or plant issues.
- Report any issues immediately to your supervisor
- Ensure accuracy and completeness while maintaining required workload
- Calculate basic measures (nutrient management)
- Follow all safety measures
- Other duties as assigned
- Work both independently and as a part of a team to hit not only personal goals but also team goals
- Effectively manage personal time to ensure optimal productivity
- Identify and communicate issues to Manager, as needed
- Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy workspace
- Accept regular feedback and quickly implements new strategies and processes as directed
- Support other departments including fulfillment and harvest team as needed; training will be provided
- Fulfill other duties as assigned, according to the needs of the business
- Abide by product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies/regulatory agency compliance
- 2 to 3 days, dependent on harvest schedule, working with harvest team and adhering to all harvesting SOP’s
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Valid CO MED Badge
- High School graduate or GED completion
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctuality and regular attendance required
This position is M-F to start off, 40 hours a week, with some overtime available if needed. Starting compensation: $15.77 - $18 per hour dependent on experience
