Oleander Inc is a management company that facilitates operational, financial, and managerial services for its subsidiary companies that operate in the Alaska Cannabis industry. The Human Resource Manager (H.R.M.) is responsible for all the functions related to Human Resources (HR). The H.R.M. strives to enhance employee development programs and oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff. The H.R.M. manages the HR Coordinator to ensure proper handling and tracking of employee documents and information, time keeping protocols, and communications amongst company personnel. The H.R.M. reviews current and implements new policies in regards to company processes, code of conducts, state regulations, with the goal to strategize human capital efficiencies. The H.R.M. oversees employee management in all departments and establishes developmental training and guidance to advance company human capital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Streamline and continue to innovate the Human Resources Department. Manage and improve Employee Handbook and Training Manuals, which include all company details in regards to standards of conduct, general employment information, compensation, work schedules & time-off/leave policies, staff discipline, employee benefits, safety & security, etc. Assist department managers with employee interactions consisting of recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, disciplinary actions, reviews, etc. Helps to promote a company culture that encourages high performance & morale. Manages the HR coordinator to ensure employees are on boarded, tracked and maintained efficiently. Serves as a resources for all HR related issues within the organization. Oversee new staff member’s onboarding process and training standards. Hold those responsible for training accountable for the implementation of the company's policies and procedures when it comes to new staff members. Identifying, clarifying and responding to employee issues, requests and implementing solutions in a timely manner. Offer assistance to management in resolving workplace issues and preserve the employer-employee relationship by serving as a link between the employee and employer. Stay up to date on all information regarding human capital. This includes, but not limited to, needs, developments, strategies, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, etc. Work with the executive and accounting teams in regards to compensation changes including bonuses, commissions and raises. Also, assess, add, and/or administer various employee benefits programs. Heavy emphasis on professionalism, cleanliness, details, & compliance. Communicate any necessary adjustments needed as it pertains to human resources capital. and assist in implementation if applicable. Leverage metrics & analytics to inform and measure the success of staff members and people plans and influence change. Assist in performance management processes; KPIs for departments and communications with staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of five years management experience
- Experience in Human Resources required
- Counseling or coaching experience preferred
- Computer literacy is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Within the Processing Department, the Processing Crew Member position is one of our most important pieces to our operation. Each member is expected to learn and execute trimming flower, rolling prerolls, packaging inventory, and labeling products with precision and accuracy. Given the nature of our

Duties include but are not limited too:
Process marijuana plants i.e. Trim marijuana buds.
Assist in Harvesting of cannabis plants.
Assist in Cultivation work such as defoliation, cultivation sanitary practices, waste protocols, etc.
Provide other production needs including, but not limited to, rolling pre-rolls, labeling products
packaging edibles & concentrates.
Learn and uphold product quality standards.
Weigh and record product quantities with precision and accuracy.
Assist with Order Fulfillment, product preparation, and displays.
Appropriately manage Inventory records and all materials containing customer & consumer information.
Understand AMCO regulations and continue to uphold city & state compliance.
Execute daily checklists of task with efficiency and precision.
Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and professional working environment.
