Job Summary
The Cultivation Director (“CD”) is the senior cultivation position within the Company. The CD performs all cultivation planning and managing the grow room supervisors and grow room operators. The CD is responsible for all marijuana growing and pre/post-harvest operations to maintain production schedules, meet deadlines, and for ensuring that the facility is pest-free and compliant with MRA regulations. This position reports directly to senior management/ownership.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plans, schedules, manages and oversees plant care tasks from all stages of the Marijuana life-cycle growth to include germination, vegetation, flowering, harvesting, drying and trimming.
- Responsible for nutrient, irrigation, fertigation protocols; sets and monitors feeding schedules.
- Responsible for implementing, tracking and measuring all room environmentals including lighting, temperature, rh, Co2, O-zone, air circulation.
- Monitors and records EC and runoff on a daily basis and presents the results and any proposed changes or action plan(s) to senior management.
- Understands integrated pest management (IPM) protocols / products and provides direction and training to team members executing these tasks.
- Maintains working knowledge of MRA rules and ensures facility level compliance with the same.
- Implements cultivation and quality assurance SOPs and works closely with senior management to continuously improve the same.
- Assists with the training and development of Grow Room Supervisors and Grow Room Operators.
- Sets performance targets for cultivation staff, monitors progress and motivates cultivation staff to achieve the same.
- Establishes and communicates a contingency plan and ensures appropriate individual(s) are trained on same in the event this director is ever absent for any reason.
- Performs other duties as required by management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of large-scale commercial cultivation leadership experience
- Proven track record of planning, organization and problem-solving.
- Must be proficient in METRC, MS Excel and be able to quickly learn new software programs as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.

Position Summary
The Sales Representative (SR) is responsible for representing the Company and its products to licensed Marijuana retailers, acting as a brand ambassador/champion. This individual will work as part of a sales team to execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales and grow market share. The SR will utilize strong listening skills to service customer needs and build relationships. The SR will be responsible for organically growing a territory and expanding the Company’s market. As a foundation, this role requires a clear understanding of the Company’s products offerings, pricing, and promotions. The SR reports to the COO.
Essential Responsibilities (Including but not Limited to):
- Understand and at all times adhere to, all MMFLA and MRTMA regulations regarding the sale, marketing and transport of marijuana products.
- Develop clear understanding of all the Company’s products, minimum approved pricing (MAP), and promotions (if any)
- Understand and maintain an accurate record of Company’s current product inventory in order to sell smart
- Develop basic understanding of strains, cultivation chronogram, and solvents used in extraction and the differences between them
- Utilize physical retail visits and other available resources (e.g. online marijuana retail platform(s) including Weedmaps, Leafly, Instagram, etc.) to develop knowledge of local market characteristics (products, pricing, promotions, sales channels, key competitors etc.)
- Proactively identify target dispensary prospects and generate interest through email, social media, cold-calls and in-person visits
- Present, promote and sell products utilizing product and market knowledge
- Actively listen to customer feedback/pain points, suggest solutions, and provide feedback to internal Company management
- Process orders and manage promotional activities.
- Understand that this role does not have authority to negotiate or bind the Company to any pricing below the Company’s MAP without prior written consent from senior management and/or the Company’s CEO/ COO, as applicable, per Company policy.
- Actively monitor competition by collecting and analyzing data on pricing, products, promotional activity, market presence, etc.
- Manage accounts by providing effective customer service including maintaining timely and professional communication with customers and timely addressing customer complaints to expedite resolution
- Manage existing key accounts, ensuring their regular purchasing needs are met and orders are processed timely and accurately.
- Maintain all communication records with clients and prospects in the Company’s sales CRM and perform daily updates of the CRM tool and ordering platform
- Host in-store pop-up events for budtender and/or consumer education and product promotions
- Meet or exceed Company established weekly and monthly key performance indicator (KPI) metrics.

Job Summary

Qualifications

- Be able to support the facility in implementing and maintaining current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and lean manufacturing principles.

- Establishes and maintains business partnerships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Act as liaison with critical stakeholders including Objectiv partners, clients and senior management.
- Prepares regular management reports for senior management.
- Responsibilities may expand to additional states/facilities over time.
- Perform other duties/projects as required by senior management.
- Collaborates with Human Resources to deploy/improve training programs including onboarding and continued quarterly/annual training needs.
- Solves personal problems, handles inter-departmental communication and works with Human Resources and Management to help build a culture based on the company’s core value system and commitment.
- Models and ensures that others comply with company policies including but not limited to: state/local/federal regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, facility maintenance, and work schedules.
- Ensure that all sections of production are in complete accordance with all State regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- BS/BA or higher education from an accredited institution in an applicable field of study (manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, or business).
- 5+ years of experience in regulated industry in cannabis, pharmaceutical, or consumer packaged goods (food).
- Be able to support the facility in implementing and maintaining current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and re-evaluate as situations change. Capable of leveraging the team and resources to maximize individual’s potential and achieve personal/company goals.
- Able to effectively organize work, track progress and motivate outstanding performance from diverse teams.

Additional Requirements
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to clear a background check with no disqualifying infractions
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Able to travel and available to work 45+ hours per week and weekends when requested
