JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inventory Technician provides superior customer service, attention to detail and maintains accountability of all products. This role assists our teams in maintaining the clean and orderly appearance and inventory of the dispensary area, prioritizing work, and processing orders in compliance with Federal and State laws and company policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide necessary support to management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints
- Promote a work environment that is positive, communicative, patient/customer-oriented, and compliant.
- Fulfill online pick-up and delivery orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure sales floor is consistently replenished and properly stocked.
- Supports budtenders/guest consultants on stock checks and product needs to ensure an unforgettable experience.
- Abides and files all required records for controlled substances according to State Agency regulations.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Accurately and efficiently receive inbound product shipments.
- Enter all incoming product into LeafLogix system and/or other mandatory state seed to sale systems.
- Accurately maintain inventory in multiple physical locations throughout the facility, including the vault, back room, and sales floor, as well as the corresponding virtual rooms within LeafLogix system.
- Maintain optimal organization and cleanliness of all inventory processing and storage areas.
- Perform and reconcile inventory cycle counts as well as various inventory and compliance related audits.
- Prepare for and participate in all periodic physical inventory audits, as scheduled by the company.
- Provide efficient written and verbal communication of inventory issues to management and the store team in a timely manner.
- Utilize several software packages, including Microsoft Office, LeafLogix, and others.
- Consistently remain compliant with all legal and/or company regulations for the industry.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management

- Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system, and cannabis therapies - previous knowledge a HUGE plus!
- Ability to listen well and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences
- Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Cannabis Compliance Board and company policies in the areas he/she operates
- Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to key areas of responsibility
- Must be able to secure Arizona Agent Card Registration with the Arizona Cannabis Compliance Board
- Must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to pass an extensive background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Cleaning and delegation of cleaning in Flower Packaging Room and restrooms
- Follow specific cleaning guidelines, including the handling of reagents, safe disposal of reagents, spent cannabis material and general trash

The Kitchen Technician is primarily responsible for the accurate creation, labeling, and packaging of all edibles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tech I
- Adhere to SOP’s and Recipes to formulate edible cannabis products.
- Package, sticker, and count cannabis products/finished goods
- Confirm batch and lot numbers on finished goods’ product labels are correct
- Coordinate third party Laboratory testing and transfers
- Coordinate and execute conversions and transfers
- Carefully manage inventory flow during busy order fulfillment periods
- Ability to multi-task repeatedly with attention to detail and minimal errors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Read, understand, and follow all CCB regulations relating to inventory control and chain of custody

The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager and leadership team to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Dispensary Manager ensures that all dispensary operations are in compliance with the Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) and internal Standard Operating Procedures. The Dispensary Manager collaborates with the Director of Retail Operations to develop, document, and implement practices, policies and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing and supporting all dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and patient/customer relations.
- Provide departmental leadership to assure that department leads are functioning with integrity, cost efficiency and within compliance.
- Reviews daily store analytics (Flash Report) and provides suggestions for improvements.
- Coordinates with Director of Retail Operations to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff.
- First point of contact for CCB inspections, law enforcement and regulatory representatives, collaborating with the Director of Retail Operations and Director of Compliance.
- Responsible for training oversight of new staff members and facilitating ongoing education for the staff.
- Monitoring daily cash procedures to ensure accuracy and staff compliance with cash SOP’s and investigating discrepancies with Director of Security and Director of Retail Operations.
- Maintains accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, patient/customer records, sales records, deliveries and returns in accordance with company SOP’s and the state of Nevada regulations.
- Oversees the Inventory Department with regards to consistent maintenance and compliance of the company inventory control system (BioTrack) and State Mandated Tracking System (Metric), oversight of daily and weekly inventory counts and performs random audits with the Director of Retail Operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with inventory control system (BioTrack) and State Mandated Tracking System (Metric).
- Ensure Budtenders are performing inventory checks on the salesfloor during or at end of shift, communicating inventory depletion on all products to Inventory Control Specialists and Social Media Specialists.
- Coordinates with the Director of Retail Operations team to discuss work performance and methods to reduce errors and maximize efficiency.
- Assist Director of Retail Operations and Human Resources with hiring and terminating employees when appropriate.
- Works closely with Human Resources and Director of Retail Operations on reviewing salaries, writing reviews, and implementing disciplinary action when required.
- Assist in maintaining accurate Stand Operating Procedures for the Dispensary.
- Schedules and facilitates all staff meetings.
- Works closely with Director of Retail Operations to ensure any significant changes to SOP’s are facilitated and executed in a practical and efficient way (i.e. storewide pricing changes).
- Participating as a team member and filling-in at reception, POS, Budtender, ADA or other positions, when needed.

The Intake Position is the initial first point of contact for our Dispensaries. So, you set the tone! Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting employees in a wide variety of areas such as onboarding, leave administration, benefits administration, employee relations, Workers Compensation, terminations, compliance, and special projects. The HR Generalist will ensure that employee relations functions conform to all applicable regulatory requirements and work closely with the management team in supporting and promoting policies and procedures.

- Work with the HR Manager in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and processes necessary to achieve organizational staffing objectives
- Manage the routine functions and administration of employee leaves of absence process. Maintain communication with the employees and the department managers throughout the leave process
- Manage all ADA accommodation requests, following up with related documentation as needed, and serving as an information source for the employee
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

The Inventory Technician provides superior customer service, attention to detail and maintains accountability of all products. This role assists our teams in maintaining the clean and orderly appearance and inventory of the dispensary area, prioritizing work, and processing orders in compliance with Federal and State laws and company policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide necessary support to management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints
- Promote a work environment that is positive, communicative, patient/customer-oriented, and compliant.
- Fulfill online pick-up and delivery orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure sales floor is consistently replenished and properly stocked.

- Maintain optimal organization and cleanliness of all inventory processing and storage areas.
- Perform and reconcile inventory cycle counts as well as various inventory and compliance related audits.
- Prepare for and participate in all periodic physical inventory audits, as scheduled by the company.
- Provide efficient written and verbal communication of inventory issues to management and the store team in a timely manner.
- Utilize several software packages, including Microsoft Office, LeafLogix, and others.
- Consistently remain compliant with all legal and/or company regulations for the industry.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations

- Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sale order requirements

The Intake Position is the initial first point of contact for our Dispensaries. So, you set the tone! Budtenders are responsible for customer experience which includes; helping customers, processing the transaction, cash handling, and stellar customer service. The Compliance Auditor reports to the Lead Auditor under the direction of the Compliance Manager. Compliance with internal and state regulations is critical to the business operation. The Auditor will work at the direction and discretion of the compliance manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute physical inventory count, cycle count and destruction quarantine count
- Organize Products in a neat and orderly fashion
- Maintain all logs and proper documentation as directed by Lead Auditor in real time
- Execute the destruction process as directed by the Lead Auditor in strict adherence to state protocols
- Execute all METRC/Leaflogix adjustments as directed
- Compliance auditor will report directly to the Lead Auditor and will take direction and additional duties as necessary
- Note Compliance conflicts and direct them to the Lead Auditor
