JOB SUMMARY
The General Manager is responsible for creating a world class experience for every customer as it primarily relates to new store openings. The role reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with the store manager and their staff. Their function is to assist in carrying out all retail operations for new store openings, including, but not limited to, inventory control, supply ordering, POS installations & integrations, visual merchandise setup, store appearance and displays, employee interactions, and performing other functions as assigned. The Retail Operations Manager must understand business drivers, how to maximize efficiency, and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in the store.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ongoing maintenance of all operational platforms
- Online ordering, rewards, payments, 3rd party platforms, Music, etc.
- Assist with retail requests/issues as assigned by supervisor
New Store Opening
- Initial setup of internal product skus (inclusive of product descriptions, pictures, and compliance for online platforms)
- Installation and maintenance of POS, receipt printers, CC processing terminals, etc
- Integrating different platforms to POS (online ordering platforms, data/analytical tracking systems, etc)
Retail maintenance
- Assist with tasks related to physical buildings and properties
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest opportunities within current retail stores
New retail locations
- Assist supervisor in sourcing product and accessories
- Assist supervisor with stores basic essentials for opening and ongoing ordering needs
- Identify needs as it relates to grand openings
- Organize work of others and collaborate with teams to create SOPs and workflow documentation to support department and organizational goals
- Assist/coordinating in scheduling, employee training, and facilitation for new employee orientation
- Assist in designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
- Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
Coordinating visual merchandising of new and existing retail locations

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support NOXX brand and a variety of in-house brands on social media
- Create engaging text, video, and image content
- Develop and schedule optimal posting schedules for platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
- Interact with community on all platforms; respond to and engage with customers
- Analysis of growth and followers tactics in regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Operate within strict cannabis-specific social posting guidelines
- Identify, plan, and execute local events to further engage in the community
- Activate NOXX brand and NOXX In-house brands in person at community events
- Assist in ordering branded merch/swag
- Stay abreast of marketing and cannabis trends
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Hootsuite, Hubspot or other social media marketing and management dashboards
- Bachelor Degree in Advertising/Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design or Equivalent preferred
- Design skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cannabis experience prefered, but not required

The Director of Processing is responsible for managing and maintaining high performance of the warehouse's storage and shipment processes. The Director of Processing is the key decision-maker on all aspects of the manufacturing warehouse(s), including storage, inventory, logistics, distribution, transportation, and training. The Director of Processing completes paperwork, ensures tasks are completed safely and on time, and must make decisions regarding the transfer of incoming and outgoing inventory. The Director of Processing works closely with the corporate team, retail locations, processing employees, and other departments to ensure the processing and shipping processes of the organization are efficient.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing all operations at the warehouse/processing/manufacturing facility. These include:
- Managing the warehouse storage and fulfillment/distribution of product
- Wholesale B2B
- Allocations direct to brand retail
- Responsible for overseeing production of pre-roll, flower packaging, and vape fill
- Quality control of all products incoming and outgoing from the facility
- Improves efficiency of operations by driving key KPIs cross-functionally such as:
- Schedule Adherence
- Cycle Time
- Efficiency and productivity across the different departments
- Inventory Days on Hand (DOH)
- Create or improve SOP's for day-to-day operations
- Assist in sourcing raw product materials and responsible for maintaining par levels for these materials
- Work with strategic partners to implement processes to optimize output efficiencies and ensuring no sales are slowed waiting on packaging, supplies, or compliant labeling
- Create sales order forms for in-house sales team to manage products and sale distribution
- Manage the ordering and distribution of apparel sales through the online website
- Lead operational management teams by making data driven decisions that maximize value through support of financial latest estimates, ensuring compliance, and driving cross-departmental efficiencies
- Partners with corporate counterparts in HR, Purchasing, Operations, and Compliance to ensure facilities are maintained as required under the law
- Manages the overall welfare of the team through training, coaching, and leading by example
- Address company policy violations and work in conjunction with HR and direct managers to administer disciplinary action
- Approve/deny internal costs and reimbursements; i.e. employee engagement and development, lunches, etc.
- Actively seeks out opportunities to train employees on new technology/industry trends
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field;
- 2-5 years in Operations Management with experience running large cross-functional organizations.

- Strong understanding of the Michigan cannabis retail market
- Extremely proficient in METRC seed to sale tracking system
- Strong connections in the MI cannabis industry, a plus

A successful Noxx Inventory Control Specialist is a team-oriented individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of Receive-to-sale software and product tracking through the product life cycle
- Data entry in the METRC system and the 3e party Receive-to-sale system and ensuring the data is accurate and up-to-date
- Auditing the physical inventory to ensure that the virtual inventory aligns precisely with the virtual inventory numbers and locations.
- Must have strong knowledge of Excel formulas and understanding of the Bill of Material and how it affects inventory movements
- Must be exceptionally well organized to handle large amount of inventory data, analysis and reporting
- Coordinate and conduct cycle and inventory evaluation and verification procedures for all locations
- Research inventory out of balance situations and adjustments; implement controls to reduce adjustments
- Work with managers to maintain an accurate account of non-stock and unavailable inventory
- Create discrepancy report to provide the quantity and value of lost or missing inventory and report to appropriate Management
- Make approved adjustments to the system
- Assist with SKU creation, management and control, monitor inventory control procedures
- Communicate with manufacturing, purchasing teams and other departments as needed to research discrepancies
QUALIFICATIONS
METRC experience highly preferred- Cannabis seed-to-sale software experience highly preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their personal needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.

JOB SUMMARY
NOXX is looking to employ a knowledgeable and experienced Budtender to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities of the Budtender include greeting and welcoming customers, informing the manager of customer complaints and operational issues, and sharing firsthand experiences of cannabis products to address customer concerns. You should also be able to answer customers' questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their effects, and methods of consumption.
Ultimately, an outstanding Budtender should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their personal needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
- Knowledge of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends
- Processing customers' payments
- Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times.
- Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products
- Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required
- Checking customers' identification documents to verify eligibility for purchase
- Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
- Proficiency in technology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Full-time employment: Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Part-time employment: Must be able to work 20-32 hours per week
All Budtender trainees are hired in at $16 per hour. All scheduled raises are based on performance.

JOB SUMMARY
The General Manager is responsible for creating a world class experience for every customer as it primarily relates to new store openings. The role reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with the store manager and their staff. Their function is to assist in carrying out all retail operations for new store openings, including, but not limited to, inventory control, supply ordering, POS installations & integrations, visual merchandise setup, store appearance and displays, employee interactions, and performing other functions as assigned. The Retail Operations Manager must understand business drivers, how to maximize efficiency, and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in the store.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ongoing maintenance of all operational platforms
- Online ordering, rewards, payments, 3rd party platforms, Music, etc.
- Assist with retail requests/issues as assigned by supervisor
New Store Opening
- Initial setup of internal product skus (inclusive of product descriptions, pictures, and compliance for online platforms)
- Installation and maintenance of POS, receipt printers, CC processing terminals, etc
- Integrating different platforms to POS (online ordering platforms, data/analytical tracking systems, etc)
Retail maintenance
- Assist with tasks related to physical buildings and properties
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest opportunities within current retail stores
New retail locations
- Assist supervisor in sourcing product and accessories
- Assist supervisor with stores basic essentials for opening and ongoing ordering needs
- Identify needs as it relates to grand openings
- Organize work of others and collaborate with teams to create SOPs and workflow documentation to support department and organizational goals
- Assist/coordinating in scheduling, employee training, and facilitation for new employee orientation
- Assist in designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
- Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
Coordinating visual merchandising of new and existing retail locations
- With direction from supervisor, help with the initial merchandising of the sales floor
- Assist with the coordination of upgrading existing stores merchandising plans
- Assist with sourcing all product packaging from other GP's as needed
- Assisting with the Initial setup of visual merchandising for new locations including creating product cards with images and descriptions
General supplies ordering
- Assist with ordering and logistics for Liberty branded supplies such as pens, lanyards, bags, and uniforms
- Identifying trends within retail for regularly ordered products such as paper products etc. to help with budgeting and advance ordering.
- Communicate with store teams on quantities and timelines of delivery
- Assist in initial store opening supply ordering
EXPERIENCE
- Industry experience (2+ years)
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
- Proficient in MS Office
- Maintain organized work space
- Ability to prioritize and execute on several different projects
- Proven successful retail leadership experience
- Accountability for self and others

The Inventory Planning Analyst owns category, brand, assortment, and sku-level planning and management, including placing orders from vendors and allocating inventory from the central warehouse. He/She/They is responsible for all deliverables regarding order entry, tracking production flow and communication as the single point of contact for both internal business partners as well as wholesale vendors. Also responsible for pricing and promotion strategy. They will report directly to the Director of Purchasing/Supply Chain.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to determine and align on company, brand and product goals for sales and inventory; develop strategies to meet and exceed goals
- Continuously analyze business to capture current trends and recommend future actions that will maximize sales opportunity and minimize inventory liability.
- Provide strategic and analytical reporting to drive achievement of sales plan, improved gross margin and key financial goals. Manage inventory appropriately.
- Continuously analyze market trends to ensure products are priced as competitively as possible
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop product promotions
- Never out of stock planning/tracking
- SKU rationalization
- Conduct weekly meetings with store and inventory managers to ensure there are no lapses in inventory as well as to build rapport with store level employees.
- Will be responsible for all product purchases and replenishment
- Internal Transfers - allocations from the central warehouse to the retail stores
- Create electronic orders and manual PO's with vendors
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale vendors
- Track orders throughout inventory pipeline to understand on-hand, in-transit, and on-order
- METRC Management
- Regular and Ad hoc reporting
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure no operational efficiencies are compromised by the purchasing team
Requirements:

The Brand Manager is responsible for the full development, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns to ensure flawless activations across all marketing/media and sales channels for in-house brands. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the creative agency to create new cannabis product brands. This is includes developing logo, brand guidelines, mission/vision, B2C and B2B positioning, etc
- Develop and activate marketing campaigns to amplify retail, brand, and product strategies. Marketing campaigns include, but are not limited to, key moments/holidays, product launches, strategic partnerships
- Identify and implement 360 marketing campaigns with digital and traditional tactics, such as website, email, SMS, MMS, social, podcasts, radio, OOH, print, packaging, in store visual merchandising, events, vendor days, street teams, etc.
- Be the voice of the consumer
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, journalists, media outlets, vendors/brands, corporate and community partners and customers
- Strengthen partnerships with retail partners and 3rd party listing sites (ex: weedmaps) to drive retail sales across all channels
- Develop B2B marketing assets, including sell sheets, sales analysis, dashboard reporting, etc

The Director of Processing is responsible for managing and maintaining high performance of the warehouse's storage and shipment processes. The Director of Processing is the key decision-maker on all aspects of the manufacturing warehouse(s), including storage, inventory, logistics, distribution, transportation, and training. The Director of Processing completes paperwork, ensures tasks are completed safely and on time, and must make decisions regarding the transfer of incoming and outgoing inventory. The Director of Processing works closely with the corporate team, retail locations, processing employees, and other departments to ensure the processing and shipping processes of the organization are efficient.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing all operations at the warehouse/processing/manufacturing facility. These include:
- Managing the warehouse storage and fulfillment/distribution of product
- Wholesale B2B
- Allocations direct to brand retail
- Responsible for overseeing production of pre-roll, flower packaging, and vape fill
- Quality control of all products incoming and outgoing from the facility
- Improves efficiency of operations by driving key KPIs cross-functionally such as:
- Schedule Adherence
- Cycle Time
- Efficiency and productivity across the different departments
- Inventory Days on Hand (DOH)
- Create or improve SOP's for day-to-day operations
- Assist in sourcing raw product materials and responsible for maintaining par levels for these materials

- Create sales order forms for in-house sales team to manage products and sale distribution
- Manage the ordering and distribution of apparel sales through the online website
- Lead operational management teams by making data driven decisions that maximize value through support of financial latest estimates, ensuring compliance, and driving cross-departmental efficiencies
- Partners with corporate counterparts in HR, Purchasing, Operations, and Compliance to ensure facilities are maintained as required under the law
- Manages the overall welfare of the team through training, coaching, and leading by example
- Address company policy violations and work in conjunction with HR and direct managers to administer disciplinary action
- Approve/deny internal costs and reimbursements; i.e. employee engagement and development, lunches, etc.
- Actively seeks out opportunities to train employees on new technology/industry trends
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field;
- 2-5 years in Operations Management with experience running large cross-functional organizations.
- Cannabis experience required
- Strong understanding of the Michigan cannabis retail market
- Extremely proficient in METRC seed to sale tracking system
- Strong connections in the MI cannabis industry, a plus
- Project management experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with PreRoll-ER 200, ATG Vape Fill, and Green Vault Systems Precision Batcher, a plus
- Experience leading an organization in a highly regulated environment
