Inventory Associate
Summary:
Retail Inventory Associates are responsible for day to day inventory management at the retail storefront. They ensure inventory counts and shipments are accurate. They assist in verification and receiving product shipments and in the organization of products within storage and on the sales floor. They also ensure products are received within the METRC and LeafLogix system, and have appropriate labels before being transferred to the sales floor. They are responsible for proper product flow to ensure all products are readily available for customers by stocking the sales floor per business needs.

- Audit the physical inventory to ensure accuracy with numbers reflected in the system
- Assist with daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory evaluation and verification procedures
- Investigate and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain an accurate account of non-stock and unavailable inventory
- Implement cannabis waste procedures and schedule per California Compliance Standards
- Prep all new skus to be merchandised on the sales floor in order for new products to be displayed in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned

We currently have 11 open dispensaries in Arizona, Michigan, and Maryland with plans to open more stores in Maine, Oregon, Massachusetts, South Dakota, Illinois, Ohio, and New Jersey. Providing patients & customers with the highest quality cannabis has been our focus for almost a decade.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and motivated Administrative Assistant to help with our Corporate Accounting Departments daily needs.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the accounting department. Daily responsibilities will include data entry, and tracking expenses and receipts. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to utilize software, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled financial reports
- Balance and reconcile ledgers
- Reach out to vendors via phone, or email as needed
- Accounts payable and receivable setup and maintenance
- Use various word processing, spreadsheet, and accounting software
- File expense receipts on a regular basis

Summary:

Inventory Associate
Summary:
Retail Inventory Associates are responsible for day to day inventory management at the retail storefront. They ensure inventory counts and shipments are accurate. They assist in verification and receiving product shipments and in the organization of products within storage and on the sales floor. They also ensure products are received within the METRC and LeafLogix system, and have appropriate labels before being transferred to the sales floor. They are responsible for proper product flow to ensure all products are readily available for customers by stocking the sales floor per business needs.

- Assist with daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory evaluation and verification procedures
- Investigate and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain an accurate account of non-stock and unavailable inventory
- Implement cannabis waste procedures and schedule per California Compliance Standards
- Prep all new skus to be merchandised on the sales floor in order for new products to be displayed in a timely manner

Summary of Job Duties:
The General Manager oversees the daily operation of the dispensary, handling the needs of all patients and customers while developing a professional team that is passionate about cannabis. The GM also works with the inventory manager and accounting, amongst others, to ensure the facility's sound recordkeeping and compliance with local and state regulations. Priorities include the implementation of dispensary policies, oversight and management of quality product inventory and the hiring, development and supervision of dispensary staff. The GM is also responsible for overseeing marketing, promotions and the maintenance of reports as they pertain to the daily operations and finances of the dispensary.

Screening phone calls, taking messages, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Other duties include handling all Curbside transactions. Summary of Job Duties:
As an assistant manager you will be responsible for maintaining day to day operations over the store. Overseeing all positions, evaluating your team's performance, and developing new, more efficient ways of getting tasks done. Assist in all aspects of cash handling. Assists in helping complete weekly schedules. Handle issues that arise with patients and also with employees. Works with inventory and accounting to help control cost and product flow. As a leader it is also your duty to ensure we remain in compliance with all laws and regulations. The role requires strong leadership skills to develop the customer service skills of your staff and in turn develop strong relationships with clientele and increase sales. Cannabis experience is necessary, and passion is a must.

- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise.
- Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, LeafLogix, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.

Basic Qualifications
