Full Job Description
RESPONSIBLITIES
Oversee cannabis crops and greenhouse facilities,
Develop cultivation plans and assign duties.
Organize and document the daily process of transplanting, cloning, defoliation and trimming of plants.
Ensure that growth requirements of cannabis plants are consistently met (lighting, soil PH, nutrients, etc.).
Apply greenhouse and outdoor farming methods that increase company yields.
Lead maintenance operations (including disposing waste and preventing contaminations).
Diagnose and resolve plant health issues like mold, mildew, or other infestations.
Ensure legal compliance of cultivation procedures.
Manage inventory and budgets related to marijuana farming (including equipment, security, and HVAC systems).
Supervise and coach employees who tend to the plants (e.g. cannabis trimmers).
Inspect quality of harvest.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS RESPONSIBLITIESWhile performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to perform frequent grasping, lifting, walking, standing, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, speaking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motion.
Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods while maintaining focus.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 35 pounds (70 pounds with assistance).
Must be 21 years or older.
Work is subject to weather conditions, including rain and extreme hot or cold temperatures.
May require working rotating shifts with varied hours/day, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Cannabis Cultivation experience as a Head Grower/Grow Manager
Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player
Strong counting, tracking, and inventory management skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Extensive knowledge of plant genetics, propagation, and common diseases
Extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry and the associated federal, state, and local municipal laws and regulations
Able to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with a diverse team
Qualified applicants have an aptitude for comprehending compliance and the ability to adhere to a regulatory framework by creating, monitoring, and updating internal procedures as needed
Must follow all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance with the company's mission, vision, goals, and objective
