As the Production Manager, it will require the coordination of the day-to-day activities of this team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules. This position requires the monitoring of volume and quality of output and adjustment of tasks when necessary to ensure production throughput targets are met. This person must monitor employee performance daily to ensure that overall product quality and company safety standards are consistently executed.
What You’ll Love to Do:

- Packaging will consist of filling pre rolls, eighth bags/jars, tinctures, pens, assembly (mouth pieces, etc.), packaging (boxing, etc.), and labeling
- Manage all steps in the process including intake, sorting and co-packing
- Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely production of product packaging
- Ensure cleanliness, safety and efficiency of the production area
- Maintain quality control measures to ensure a high-quality product
- Understands the proper and safe handling of hazardous materials
- Develop SOPs to ensure safety, quality, and consistent processes
- Prepare inventory reports to ensure products are available and accurately accounted for
- Maintain packaging inventory to ensure a seamless production schedule
- Ensure accurate weighing and inventory; all products are packaged, counted, sorted, and labeled accurately
- Ensure the packaging and processing staff has daily tasks, schedules, and is being efficiently deployed
- Make quality control decisions and adjustments as necessary
- Understand and maintain compliance with all METRC rules and regulations and testing requirements
- Self-motivation, innovation, and the ability to work well with all members of the company
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Skills and Abilities: * 2+ year of working in a commercial cannabis production environment (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of cannabis handling and packaging. (preferred but not required)
- Minimum 4+ year of management experience
- Strong people and supervisory skills including mentoring, coaching, performance, motivating and directing staff
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and maintain positive relationships with all levels of management
- Effective and efficient communication in English are essential in order to communicate with wide variety of staffing levels
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to effectively plan and prioritize
- Demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of computer and programs (seed to sale, inventory systems; MS Office Suite programs)
- Must pass state mandated background check

What You’ll Love to Do:
- Help to develop, implement and manage corporate-wide compliance program.
- Proficient in METRC & other Cannabis related software (state compliance and manufacturing software)
- Maintain physical documentation for commercial cannabis activity.
- Assist Compliance Manager w/ internal audits and reconciliation.
- Provide timely communications for any issues with track and trace reporting.
- Keep an inventory of tags, labels, and other supplies necessary for Track & Trace.
- Work with the testing team and operations on remediation reporting as needed.
- Working with inventory and sales team to ensure seamless communication.
- Create manifests for all orders.
- Ensure that every order that leaves the building is 100% compliant from a track and trace standpoint.
- Manage bi-monthly physical inventories.

As the Senior Accountant, your strong organizational and operations skills will come in handy as you partner with the Controller/VP of Finance to produce periodic financial reports, maintain a system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
What You’ll Love to Do:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Partner with the Controller/VP of Finance in the overseeing of the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
- Ensure that accounts payable is paid in a timely manner, inventory accounts are current and accurate and all related inventory accounting is accurate
- GAAP experience preferred
- Complete payroll entry and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete a weekly cash flow forecast and monitor the Bank Balances daily
- Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed
- Maintain the chart of accounts, an orderly accounting filing system, and a system of controls over accounting transactions
- Prepare monthly Balance sheet Reconciliations
- Issue timely and complete financial statement
- Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
- Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics
- Assist in providing for a system of managing and reporting sales and cost reports
- Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
- Provide reporting and schedules for Internal Audit, External Audit and another inventory-related audit
- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal inquiries
- Performs other duties as required by the Controller/VP of Finance to support the Finance Department and Senior Leadership.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 8-10 years’ experience in the Accounting field with 3 years’ prior experience leading and developing people preferred.
- Strong financial operations and organizational skills, including a passion for documenting, maintaining, and presenting complex workflows and controls.
- Previous experience with accounting software systems required.
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to comfortable address performance concerns
- Proven ability to create and improve process in Accounting and Finance
- Knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Critical analysis and problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on providing timely and accurate information.

Supply Chain Manager Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company’s goods. The Supply Chain Manager will be experienced in working with third party suppliers to reduce costs and increase quality and efficiency throughout a product's lifecycle.

This individual will be responsible for sourcing and generating relationships with contract manufacturing partners for key products, managing inventory through ERP systems, and working with product development teams to take products that have been approved and tested from the ideation phase to the commercialization phase. The Supply Chain Manager will be experienced in working with third party suppliers to reduce costs and increase quality and efficiency throughout a product's lifecycle.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
- Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
- Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, and at various sites of NT Ventures.
- Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
- Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
- Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
- Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
- Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials.
- Acts as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.
- Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
- Strong analytical skills Cannabis cultivation experience and deep knowledge of cannabis product
- Ability to scale an operation during periods of rapid growth, without sacrificing efficiency and reliability
- Ability to transform current business model to a best-in-class operation, with demonstrated experience in creating/upgrading a supply chain function
