The Store Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the assigned retail location in accordance with the State of Michigan and standards set by the Company. Job Requirements
- 4 years retail management experience required
- 4 years customer service experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Understanding of state and local marijuana laws preferred
- Prior experience with cannabis systems like LeafLogic, Metrc, and Dutchie preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Highly self motivated and accountable
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred but not required (related work experience will be heavily considered)

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with the COO and Director of Retail Operations to implement all standard operating procedures (SOPSs) concerning state regulations and CRA compliance for the production facilities and provisioning centers.

This includes guiding management on implementing policy and/ or process changes to comply with new and/or change regulations.
Collaborate with others in operations to develop policies, procedures, and communication encouraging team members to report violations
Lead internal audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks overall company facilities and assists in the opening of new cannabis facilities.
Define and distribute facility checklists to maintain compliance with license status
Conduct bi-annual audits of each facility and documents gaps in either compliance or procedure
Monitor license status across all facilities and coordinate the renewal process
Collaborate with COO and Director of Retail Operations to identify risks, ensure compliance to OSHA regulations, and ensure loss prevention methods comply with privacy and other applicable laws. This includes working with the Compliance team to conduct annual training on facility compliance and the statewide monitory system.

Job Requirements

Job Description
The Inventory lead has the responsibility for leading all inventory related processes at the provision Ctr. They are responsible for leading the Inventory Specialist team, ensuring accurate inventory counts and reporting, building, and improving inventory processes, and ensuring a constant availability and supply of inventory to the sales floor. The Inventory Lead is the Subject Matter Expert for all inventory and stock related inquires and applies strong attention to detail in the organization and record keeping of the stock room. The Post-Harvest Technician is responsible for preparing, trimming, and packaging and fulfillment of cannabis product for delivery to provisioning centers. The Cultivation Assistant Manager is responsible for the direction and oversight of the daily tasks of the Cultivation department, including the propagation, plant care, and maintenance workflows for cannabis plants. - Work closely with the Director of Cultivation to ensure all Cultivation activities, including plant care and maintenance and fertigation, propagation, maintenance of the grow room systems and facilities, are carried out in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures.

- Identify nutrient deficiencies, toxicities, and issues caused by environmental factors and implement solutions.

- Build and continuously coach an exceptional team that will always provide the highest level of customer experience
- Exceed the customers’ expectations by implementing and training staff on exceptional service delivery and strategies
- Monitor and manage staffing, scheduling, operations, and processes
- Effectively communicate and delegate goals, tasks, and responsibilities to the team to ensure a smooth operational flow
- Provide support to the recruitment and new hire selection process and make determinations and recommendations for future staffing needs
- Build and release a bi-weekly schedule and continuously maintain and update the schedule due to availability changes, call-offs, etc.
- Help to implement and enforce employment policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain written SOPs as changes to policy and/or regulations occur and ensure compliance among the team
- Clear knowledge and understanding of state and local cannabis regulations (including Metrc) and ensure that compliance is executed in daily operations
- Encourage and promote a teamwork environment and empowering team members to self-manage
- Respond to all team member questions, suggestions, and concerns and help to resolve any team member conflicts in partnership with Human Resources as necessary
- Meet or exceed sales goals, profitability, and achieve operational excellence
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve customer complaints
- Utilize customer and team member feedback to design and implement changes that improve the customer experience
- Analyze, forecast, and deliver financial and operational reporting regularly
- Monitor and provide analysis of product trends and opportunities
- Identify under performing metrics and help develop strategies for improvement
- Foster positive and productive relationships with all vendors
- Monitor and manage inventory, product placement, store presentations and work with the Brand Development and Merchandising teams to raise awareness and increase sales
- Implement systems of checks and balances in areas vulnerable to loss
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Oversee security and reporting and cash management strategies related to opening and closing procedures
- Responsible for facility maintenance including troubleshooting and proper upkeep of the phone, utilities, technology, maintenance and repairs, stock, and supplies
- Coordinate with Inventory Manager and senior leadership to conduct regular inventory audits and find and repair discrepancies
- Ensure all required paperwork is documented and stored properly including patient data, METRC and sales data, delivery manifests, inventory records, employee files and records, etc.
- Maintain the store environment in a clean and organized manner
- Liaison to the executive team
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years retail or hospitality management experience required
- Minimum of 4 years customer service experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Prior experience as management in a high volume retailer or hospitality/ food service industry strongly preferred
- Understanding of state and local marijuana laws preferred
- Prior experience with cannabis systems like FlowHub, Metrc, and Dutchie preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Highly self motivated and accountable
- Strong skills in delegation and prioritization
- Ability to perform sedentary work which primarily involves sitting or standing
- Occasional bending, stooping, crouching, or lifting of object up to 30 pounds
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred but not required (related work experience will be heavily considered)
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Minimum of five years prior experience managing a multi-member marketing team required

- Prior experience with Out of Home (billboard), Social Media, Digital, PR, SEO, Website, Gorilla, Events, and Paid Media required
- Prior experience in the consumer goods industry, especially cannabis, preferred

The Vice President of Retail will be the executive team’s primary resource for developing and executing our retail dispensary strategy and overseeing all retail operations. The Vice President of Retail should have a solid track record of overseeing multiple retail locations with a focus on leadership and people development. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Executive leadership to develop, implement and oversee execution of dispensary strategy and operations designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the retail business
- Partner with COO to manage all aspect of the build-out and design of new dispensary locations
- Develop strategic sales plans and goals, inventory planning, and budgeting while staying ahead of the game in a rapidly growing and changing industry
- Drive innovative solutions to improve sales, conversions and customer experience; identifies and recommends new improvement areas for retail training.
- Responsible for managing each dispensary location’s managers to provide their team with all resources, systems, policies and procedures in order to run a thriving dispensary
- Develop and implement standards for to assure that all dispensary operations such as consulting, product dispensing, cash management, inventory management, inventory auditing, outreach, marketing, and ordering are functioning with integrity and in the most cost efficient and compliant manner
- Partner with the finance department to manage store expenses and drive cost savings
- Provide leadership, supervision and direction to retail leaders by traveling to locations frequently and through routine coaching/feedback sessions. Ensures operational priorities, processes and procedures are communicated, understood and executed consistently across all locations
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, compiling consumer feedback and online reviews
- Provide input on the hiring of management positions and execute their training and on-boarding programs
- Serve as a brand representative within the community and participate in industry events and trade shows as opportunities occur
- Responds to patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions when required
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of retail management experience, specifically in a high-growth environment with multiple locations required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule depending on the needs of the business; may require work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Prior experience in cannabis industry preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
