Position Overview:
The IT Network Administrator would establish and maintain the IT infrastructure and support the Company’s technical needs moving forward. This role will be in charge and manage our internal systems and establish a secure IT environment for our organization.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain end user workstations and servers.
· Deploy and perform administrative roles for Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS, etc.)
· Create and maintain user accounts and related security/permissions.
· Maintain basic facility related systems (Alarm, Badges, Conference room, IP Phones, Printers, and Security Cameras).
· Performing server backups, security management, and maintaining system documentation.
· Maintaining the local/wide area network including wireless networks.
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software or other network and system problems.
· Configure and maintain network firewalls.
· Manage deployment of updates, security patches, and virus protection for network devices and computers.
· Monitor log events generated by firewalls and security appliances.
· Perform patching and security updates for remote sales users & maintain mobile devices.
· Responsibilities require evening and weekend availability.
· And other assigned duties, tasks, and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
· 2-6 years of professional experience.
· Experience required with administration of Windows & Mac systems.
· Experience in Microsoft 365.
· Prior usage and assisting in Salesforce.
· Punctual, reliable and professional.
· Ability to work flexible hours/schedule.
· Capability of expanding quickly into larger responsibilities as the company grows rapidly.
· Must successfully pass a background check.
· Possess a current valid driver’s license and own vehicle to commute to and from work.

Position Overview:
The Controller contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks for the organization. The Controller is key to commercial aspects of revenue operations, supporting strategic initiatives, revenue-generating or cost-reduction initiatives, product profitability, and growth drivers, as well as assessing and managing potential risks and opportunities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Controller performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:
Financial accounting and reporting
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
- Reconcile bank and investment accounts.
- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.
- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
- Oversee bookkeeping functions, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
- Oversee and manage 2 staff accountants.
- Oversee tax process and paperwork in compliance with local, state and federal law.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation.
- Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate.
- Present weekly and monthly reports of work progress.
- And other assigned duties, tasks and responsibilities.
Payroll preparation and administration
- Oversee all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
- Negotiate and manage the employee insurance and benefits plans.
- Process and submit statutory and benefits remittances on time.
Budget preparation
- Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the Company Director and other managers.
- Assist the Company Director and company staff with the preparation of budgets.
Project management accounting
- Maintain financial records for each project in a manner that facilitates management reports.
- Ensure that accurate and timely financial statements are prepared in accordance with contract agreements with funders.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects.
Information technology
- Evaluate the need for new technology to meet the organization's financial data processing, control, and reporting requirements.
- Advise on appropriate technology that meets the organization's information requirements and financial resources.
Risk management
- Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized.
- Advise the Organization's leadership on appropriate insurance coverage for the organization and the Company Director.
- Maximize income where possible and appropriate.
- Negotiate with Bank for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate.
Qualifications:
Education
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Management/Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management/Administration a plus.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of progressive financial responsibility.
Professional designation
- Certified Public Accountant is an asset.
People management
- Manage the finance team members.
- Recruit, train, and retain the finance team as needed.
- Conduct coaching and performance evaluations as needed.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Excellent proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
- Accounting.
- ERP.
- Databases.
- Spreadsheets.
- Word processing and emails.
