Kitchen Edible Production Position
Responsibilities
This role is a Kitchen Edible Production position within the manufacturing of Cannabis- Infused edibles.
- To follow the directions of the Sous Chef
- The Kitchen Edible Production employee will follow all standardized SOP’s, batch sheets, and GMP’s (good manufacturing processes)
- Each employee will be responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment in a safe and clean manner.
QualificationsMust be able to work with manual to semi-automatic manufacturing and packaging, wet and dry weighing/scaling of ingredients, equipment, agitators, dispensers, packaging and labeling to produce a wide variety of NABIS products. Must be able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers.
- Utilize commercial kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, double-boiler/fire mixers, confectionery heating/cooling tables and other bakery/chocolatier equipment to produce, package and label infused edibles.
- Perform weigh and dispense activities of finished product, active ingredient(s), raw materials and excipients.
- Document all manufacturing activities consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Maintain manufacturing and facility spaces in a clean state.
- Observe, monitor & record temperature, pressure and other parameters on Manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Perform minor equipment and process maintenance activities.

Dispensary Security Officer -
The Security Officer position is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for medical Cannabis patients entering and leaving the facility, as well as dispensary employees. This position prevents unauthorized visitors, provides general building security and assists with the physical collection of company assets as assigned; completes related work as required. Provide a visible presence that deters safety issues while interacting with patients in a friendly, customer service minded way.

The Production Associate is responsible for performing manufacturing work on different product lines within the facility in a labor-intensive environment. Kitchen Sous Chef
Responsibilities
This role is a Production Sous Chef position within the manufacturing of Cannabis- Infused edibles.
The Production Sous Chef will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen. Kitchen Edible Production Position
Responsibilities
This role is a Kitchen Edible Production position within the manufacturing of Cannabis- Infused edibles.
- To follow the directions of the Sous Chef
- The Kitchen Edible Production employee will follow all standardized SOP’s, batch sheets, and GMP’s (good manufacturing processes)
- Each employee will be responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment in a safe and clean manner.
QualificationsMust be able to work with manual to semi-automatic manufacturing and packaging, wet and dry weighing/scaling of ingredients, equipment, agitators, dispensers, packaging and labeling to produce a wide variety of NABIS products. Must be able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers.
- Utilize commercial kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, double-boiler/fire mixers, confectionery heating/cooling tables and other bakery/chocolatier equipment to produce, package and label infused edibles.
- Perform weigh and dispense activities of finished product, active ingredient(s), raw materials and excipients.
- Document all manufacturing activities consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Maintain manufacturing and facility spaces in a clean state.
- Observe, monitor & record temperature, pressure and other parameters on Manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Perform minor equipment and process maintenance activities.
- Communicate daily and effectively with the Edible Production Manager, Supervisor, and Director of Operations.
- The ability to stand and move for at least 8 hours in a row
- The ability to pick up and carry 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with supervisors and co-workers.
- Ability to perform general mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of job responsibilities, including but not limited to good documentation practices, strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedure and Manufacturing Batch Record instructions, equipment and area hygiene and safety. Must follow all safety and sanitization standards, including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (hair nets, beard nets, gloves etc.) Accurately and precisely operate laboratory scales and other simple but precision measurement devices.
- Regular and on-time attendance is mandated and is an essential function of this position.
- Maintain a safe work environment, actively contributing to continuous improvements.
Additional Requirements
- Each employee will have a valid State Food Handler’s card.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Successful completion of a thorough personal reference check and background check from the Arizona Department of Health Services. Note that any applicant with a violent felony or drug-related offense (within the past 2 years) is not eligible to become a dispensary agent.
- Must be able to lift, push and carry up to 50 lbs.
