Great Budtenders are passionate about educating customers to empower them to make decisions. You have an experienced palate and can describe and discuss cannabis flavors, aromas and results. You care about the customer experience and it is important to you to connect and help each customer. You stay on top of new innovations, products, and regulations in the industry and you bring great value!
What you will do:
- Greet and establish rapport with customers— get to know them and seek to understand their interest in cannabis,
- Assist patients in identifying the products and methods that best fit their individual needs.
- Adhere to strict distribution processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
- Gather and process required customer documents and information and perform detailed verification while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Continue to enhance your knowledge of cannabis, and continually hone your ability to educate and recommend product uses
- Unpack, sort, count and label merchandise as directed, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration.
- Maintain the professional appearance of the collective by restocking merchandise on the sales floor and participating in basic store clean-up.

About you:
As a Dispensary Manager you enjoy working with the details of the business to ensure that all transactions and the implementation of all retail processes comply with state and local laws, and regulations. You strive for your team to have exceptional customer service working to exceed customer expectations and you are knowledgeable about the products and can guide a team of Budtenders. You enjoy collaborating efforts to develop and implement best practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture, and you are comfortable providing reporting to the executive management team.
What you will do:
- Ensures accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
- Performs the required duties to record all sales and inventory transactions in accordance with state and local laws and regulations.
- Maintains established standards of presentation, customer service, and compliance.
- Coordinates with the Executive Management Team to ensure all employees have accurate, up-to-date knowledge and materials related to their position.
- Communicates the details of daily operations to the Executive Management Team.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years commercial grow experience with experience in small, medium, and large-scale commercial plant cultivation required
- Advanced knowledge of the cannabis plant and genetics strongly preferred, though a strong agricultural background may be considered
- Must demonstrate accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail
- Must be at least 21 years of age

The Dispensary Manager (DM) oversees, manages, and is responsible for all facets of the dispensary.
This individual manages internal resources to maximize safety, compliance, efficiency, productivity and
culture. He or She will also own all aspects of employee hiring, staffing, training, development and
education of the entire team.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with COO and executive team to understand performance drivers and trends in the market, provide insights, make recommendations, and interpret new data & results.
- Develop the team to position Remedy for rapid growth / scale.
- Develop and produce weekly/monthly reports based on data to clearly illustrate the trends of the business.
- Ensure staff follows Company SOPs at all times.
- Participate in developing and implementing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance Remedy’s mission, vision, goals and objectives.
- Manage, supervise and direct the activities of the team.
- Make recommendations and decisions regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of team.
- Manage and maintain a company culture consistent with the culture established at Remedy.
- Assign work and monitor progress; guide, train and develop employees in the accomplishment of their duties and goals through professional growth.
- Evaluate individual team members performance based on clearly communicated standards and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal billing or licensing requirements.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the State inventory tracking systems.
- Serve as the secondary point of contact to the state regulators and inspectors and ensure that the facility is always prepared for state inspections—most are unplanned.
- Will be required to be on-call and to respond to emergency situations at any time. This may include scheduling issues, potentially covering a vacant shift, facility issues and/or human resources requirements.
- Continuously improve the skills, knowledge and morale of all employees; create an environment where the entire team does the same and is capable of doing the same.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management or similar preferred.
- 4+ years of management experience; direct management of 20+ individuals in a retail environment preferred.
- Can-do attitude and ability to adapt quickly; business is experiencing tremendous growth so previous operational experience in growth environment is substantially preferred.
- Effective time management and ability to multitask; ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal, written), with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Possesses a high level of critical thinking.
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass any and all required background checks to qualify for a State Agent Card.

Overview:

Job Summary:
The Dispensary Manager ensures that all transactions and the implementation of other retail processes comply with state and local laws and regulations and that service exceeds customer expectations. The Dispensary Manager collaborates to develop and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture. The Dispensary Manager reports to the Executive Management Team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures accuracy and compliance in all transactions;
- Performs the required duties to record all sales and inventory transactions in accordance with state and local laws and regulations;
- Maintains established standards of presentation, customer service, and compliance;
- Coordinates with the Executive Management Team to ensure all employees have accurate, up-to-date knowledge and materials related to their position;
- Communicates the details of daily operations to the Executive Management Team;
- Implements and oversees procedures related to opening and closing of the retail store;
- Participates in the recruiting, training, development and success of employees;
- Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry news;
- Facilitates ordering of cannabis infused products (concentrates, vaporizer, topicals and edibles), clothing and accessories;
- Performs inventory reconciliations daily, weekly and as needed;
- Additional duties as requested.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proper licenses, if necessary;
- Three years in progressively responsible retail experience, including at least one year in a management position;
- Ability to manage a team of staff members at a time during normal business hours in a fast paced, heavily regulated environment;
- Experience in inventory management and reconciliation;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Proficient computing skills;
- Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match
- High level of integrity;
- Degree in business, management, or related areas, preferred;
- Experience working in a heavily regulated industry, preferred.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- The Dispensary Manager regularly works evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our retail setting;
- Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the store, lift up to 30 pounds;
- Spend several hours a day viewing a computer screen.

- Demonstrates mastery of growing methods, including in-depth knowledge of micronutrients, beneficial bacteria and nutrient implementation
- Manages plant scheduling to precisely project all grow needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyzes each individual strain from clone to harvest.
- Successfully executes preventative maintenance and elimination of types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, etc.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborates with management staff to provide timely reporting
- Assists in government inspections and compliance audits.
- Conducts facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years commercial grow experience with experience in small, medium, and large-scale commercial plant cultivation required

- Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry news;
- Facilitates ordering of cannabis infused products (concentrates, vaporizer, topicals and edibles), clothing and accessories;
- Performs inventory reconciliations daily, weekly and as needed;
- Additional duties as requested.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proper licenses, if necessary;
- Three years in progressively responsible retail experience, including at least one year in a management position;
- Ability to manage a team of staff members at a time during normal business hours in a fast paced, heavily regulated environment;
- Experience in inventory management and reconciliation;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Proficient computing skills;
- Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match
- High level of integrity;
- Degree in business, management, or related areas, preferred;
- Experience working in a heavily regulated industry, preferred.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- The Dispensary Manager regularly works evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our retail setting;
- Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the store, lift up to 30 pounds;
- Spend several hours a day viewing a computer screen.

Overview:
Ms. Mary Staffing is currently seeking applicants with strong-to-excellent knowledge of cannabis products and cultivation techniques for positions in the state of Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains grow-house protocols for a small, medium, and large-scale cannabis cultivation facilities.
- Perform tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, topping, flushing, and inventory management
- Develops and maintains grow warehouse protocols and nutrient regiment. Sets propagation, germination and planting protocols for all crops
- Highly knowledgeable and well researched on many growing techniques and provides insight to expand the company’s knowledge of growing techniques that result in continually gains in plant yield.
- Uses this knowledge in combination with the company’s controlled environments and greenhouse setups for growing to develop new high yield growing methods for individual strains.
- Either possesses or develops comprehensive knowledge of strains and mastery of medicinal implementation and knowledge of effects of strains and types of medicinal administration
- Strong working knowledge in container systems with soil and hydro as well as understanding temperature and humidity manipulation
- Operates under the high standards our company has for compliance and professionalism.
- Expert knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options
- Demonstrates mastery of growing methods, including in-depth knowledge of micronutrients, beneficial bacteria and nutrient implementation
- Manages plant scheduling to precisely project all grow needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyzes each individual strain from clone to harvest.
- Successfully executes preventative maintenance and elimination of types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, etc.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborates with management staff to provide timely reporting
- Assists in government inspections and compliance audits.
- Conducts facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years commercial grow experience with experience in small, medium, and large-scale commercial plant cultivation required
- Advanced knowledge of the cannabis plant and genetics strongly preferred, though a strong agricultural background may be considered
- Must demonstrate accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to perform physical requirements necessary to the position, including standing for long periods of time, walking the greenhouse, and lifting of 50 pounds.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and establish rapport with customers— get to know them and seek to understand their interest in cannabis medicine;
- Assist patients in identifying the medicines and methods of medication that best fit their individual needs;
- Adhere to strict distribution processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and coworkers;
- Gather and process required patient documents and information, and perform detailed verification while maintaining client confidentiality;
- Continue to enhance your knowledge of medical cannabis, and continually hone your ability to explain and recommend treatment procedures and product uses;
- Unpack, sort, count and label merchandise as directed, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration;
- Maintain the professional appearance of the collective by restocking merchandise on the sales floor and participating in basic store clean-up;
- Perform clerical tasks including accurate filing, compiling, and maintaining inventory and records.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proper licenses, if necessary;
- Experiences in retail sales preferred;
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, (indicas, sativas, hybrids), edibles, extracts, and current products on the market;
