Summary
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading through Mr. Nice Guy’s (MNG) mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team(s) that consistently delivers top-line sales growth. The GM leads a team of 10-15 retail employees split between multiple locations. General Mangers are accountable for all aspects of managing a multi-store retail environment. This leader drives his/her business through a focus on performance (sales, service, merchandising, and expense control), people (talent acquisition, training, and development), and process (standard operating procedures). This position requires a passion for process excellence, strong proactive leaderships, a drive for results, and the ability to lead and

The General Manager leads a team of assistant managers and budtenders who are accountable for all aspects of managing a single/multiple retail store(s) (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned)

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business related field preferred
- At least three years experience in Cannabis retail/operations management is required.
