Overview:
Delivery drivers are the extended reach of our shop! This position requires a clean driving record, a passion for cannabis, and the ability to safely follow precise procedures for cannabis transport as outlined by the OLCC. We cross-train this position with our budtending position.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers, provide positive communication and excellent client care
- Continuous desire to enhance understanding of products we carry and their applications
- Receiving and packaging incoming delivery orders
- Fill out METRC transport manifests for delivery orders
- Reviewing orders before & after delivery to ensure items and charges are correct
- Accept payments for delivered items
- Safely transport cannabis products to consumer households in adherence with OLCC rules
- Assist customers with navigation of Dutchie menu and troubleshooting
- Promote delivery service to customers
- Become familiar with & utilize systems such as Dutchie, Greenbits, Leafly, etc.
- Knowledge of and adherence to OLCC rules surrounding distribution of marijuana
- Attention to detail and willingness to comply with operating procedures
- Unpack, sort, count and label merchandise, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration
- Maintain shop and office cleanliness
- Maintain a professional and safe working environment
When not actively working on delivery orders, the delivery driver shares duties and responsibilities with budtenders on staff as directed by Shift Lead
Compensation + Benefits :
- Hourly rate from $13.50 - $16.00 base, commensurate on experience (typically, new hires will start out at $13.50)

Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving record - personal vehicle is not required
- Must have or be willing to obtain OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, brands, and consumption methods
- Ability to walk, drive, and carry orders over extended time periods
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, and/or healthcare industries considered a plus
- Prior industry-related, delivery-related experience a plus but not required
- METRC experience a plus, but not required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must comply with a background check
