We are looking for someone who has expert-level experience in adobe Indesign who can help with our in-house design needs performing the following tasks:
1. Modify existing labels, printing labels in-house and ordering labels with a local print shop (75% of the time)
2. Helping order packaging (15% of the time)
3. Helping design packaging, in-store product marketing materials, merchandise including clothing and hats, poster design etc (rest of time and depending on experience).

- Write and distribute emails
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order company supplies
- Help update website and online listings
- Help organize product testing according to the schedule
- Create SOPS for the different departments
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
