An exciting new opportunity in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The primary responsibilities will include the direct oversight for all things financial including data processing, general accounting, and statistical reporting. The CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the company. In addition, will be accountable for financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Responsibilities
· Construct and maintain organizations financial operations to identify key processes to achieve targets.
· Create a culture of accountability, efficiency, and transparency within the accounting team while enabling the team to be viewed as collaborative across the company
· Assist in formulating the company's future direction and support and monitor tactical; initiatives that support the growth strategy.
· Establish financial performance standards, monitor the organization’s performance, and focus the organization’s attention on problems or areas of opportunity to maximize financial performance.
· Manage the finance, accounting, tax, and risk management departments, policies, and practices.
· Oversee the company's transaction processing systems.
· Implement operational best practices; and supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions.
· Financial oversee the issuance of financial information, regulatory filings, and reporting of financial results.
· Understand capital structure, cash management strategies and cash flow forecasts.
· Develop an industry presence and network of influencers to raise the profile and reputation of the company.
· Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry.
· Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
· Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies,
· Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
· Maintain thorough knowledge of state and Federal Cannabis finance regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
· The candidate Chief Financial Officer should have a Master’s degree in Accounting or Business administration, or equivalent business experience
· 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a mid to large size high growth company or division of a large corporation.
· Should have experience in partnering with an executive team and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Preference will be given to Diverse candidates with an MBA in Finance and the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations as well as those with prior experience.

MNG ENTERPRISE is looking for a Junior Inventory/Financial Analyst to join our growing Company. The Junior Inventory/Financial Analyst supports the design, implementation, evaluation and reporting of financial and inventory data. Interprets and communicates complex analytical results and strategic thinking with critical stakeholders.
With minimal direction and review of completed work, this position will manage the daily gathering and reporting of sales and inventory data. Will perform complex analyses to provide support to senior Company leadership with inventory management, financial planning, forensic financial analysis, identification of productivity initiatives and financial/operational reporting.
REPORTING STRUCTURE & WORK SETTING
This position performs work in a centralized, corporate environment and supports multiple geographically diverse locations. Reporting to the Senior Inventory/Financial Analyst.

MARGINAL DUTIES & ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
- Work with team members and department managers to provide reports as needed.
- Assist with compliance audits and report inventory using Metric.
- Tracking inventory as requested by Inventory Supervisor/Manager such as discrepancies within reporting, recalls, etc.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to your team.
- Identify reporting opportunities that will help increase efficiency by identifying any gaps in the process / exception reporting.
- Manage inventory and financial data clean up within multiple databases.
- Provide administrative support for the entire office; other duties, as required.
- Maintain client databases; ensure that systems are in place to track and follow up on all items.
- Complete other tasks, special projects, and assignments, as necessary.
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively coordinate and complete a variety of tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong analytical skills are important as is the ability to research issues, evaluate issues and recommend solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years or older
- Basic Excel knowledge and skills.

Area Manager
Summary
The Area Manager (AM) is responsible for leading through Mr. Nice Guy’s (MNG) mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team(s) that consistently delivers top-line sales growth. The AM leads a team of 6-10+ Store Managers (SM), General Mangers (GM) and is accountable for all aspects of managing a multi-store retail environment. This leader drives his/her business through a focus on performance (sales, service, merchandising, and expense control), people (talent acquisition, training, and development), and process (standard operating procedures). This position requires a passion for process excellence, strong proactive leaderships, a drive for results, and the ability to lead and
influence.
The Area Manager leads a team of SM’s and /or GM’s who are accountable for all aspects of managing a single/multiple retail store(s) (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned)

Work environment
This job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, tablets, photocopiers, filing cabinets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

70+% Travel is required, occasional overnight, primarily local from each assigned store-to-store during the business day, although some other travel may be needed.
Required Education and Experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5-7 years of managerial experience, multi-store, or high volume experience a plus
- 4+ years’ experience in the retail industry customer-centric approach
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience in related field
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and Holidays
- Must have a dependable car or public transportation alternative
- Proficient in Windows/iOS - based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as others
