We are looking for a driven and task attentive individual to join our team as the first person our patient interacts with when coming into one of our 9 locations, the Front Desk Sales Associate. We have developed a very proven way of assisting patients to make sure to get them taken care of as efficiently as possible. You will be expected to follow these procedures as they are crucial to the success of not only our patient but also our company. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, checking them in, taking payment, taking their photo, explaining the process to them, keeping the doctor on time, bringing the patient into the doctors office, checking them out, explaining the importance of booking their next appointment, upselling our other services or products, and most importantly handling any objections or questions that the patient may have.
This is a traveling position. You will be traveling to one of our nine locations each day and setting up yourself and the doctor to see patients (Boca, Boynton, Lake Worth, West Palm, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Stuart, Port St. Lucie, and Melbourne). Mileage is fully reimbursed. You must have your own reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Welcome Patients
- Check patients in
- Taking payments
- Taking ID photos
- Explaining the process to patients
- Keeping the doctor on time and meeting metrics
- Bringing the patient into the doctors office
- Checking the patient out
- Convincing patients to book next appointment in advance and meeting metrics
- Upselling our other services or products and meeting sales metrics
- Inputting patients applications and completing them while they are being seen
- Maintaining order and command of waiting area and patient flow
- Most importantly handling any objections or questions that the patient may have
- Making sure that you and the doctor have the necessary materials with you each day
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Remind patients of upcoming visits
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Maintaining of general office and supplies
- Completely comfortable with traveling to all locations
- Perform all other office tasks
- Assist the doctor as needed with medical records
- Assist the doctor with the necessary technology to be effective
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a federal background check; no felonies - Required
- Ample experience in running a demanding front desk, and dealing with difficult and or demanding patients
- Sales and objection handling experience, needed to hit metrics for booking next appointments and retention
- Must be able to handle a stressful work environment and demanding clients, patients can be tough to handle and it requires mental toughness
- High school diploma required, Associates and Batchelor degree preferred
- Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter (Advertising experience on these platforms preferred)
- Willingness to post to social media about what is going on at locations

Palm Beach Gardens is our headquarters as we open more offices around the state. You will be responding to requests for information / appointments and calling prospective patients back on the phone. You will handle existing patient inquiries, patient concerns, rescheduling requests while meeting performance metrics and quality service goals in a team atmosphere.You will also be expected to perform clerical and administrative functions as well as assisting the Doctor in seeing patients as effectively as possible. We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate with have experience in the healthcare and medical industry with a background as a medical sales, medical/clinical assistant or similar work experience. The Patient Care Coordinator will deal with the current clients on a regular basis. Duties will include taking detailed notes and information about patient inquires, updating client information on their health records, answering questions and acting as a liaison between the patients and the doctor. You will have other light office administration duties, filing paperwork, keeping up to date information with the Florida Department of Health, drafting formal correspondence and sending emails.
Palm Beach Gardens is our headquarters as we open more offices around the state. You will be coordinating with patients and providing them with continued care, up to date industry recommendations, and medication reminders on the phone. As the Patient Care Coordinator you will handle existing patient inquiries, patient concerns, rescheduling requests while meeting performance metrics and quality service goals in a team atmosphere. You will also be expected to perform clerical and administrative functions as well as assisting the Doctor in seeing patients as effectively as possible. Must be able to self start and take the lead on projects. A winning and positive attitude even when dealing with difficult patients is a must! The office is open 6 days a week so some weekend work will be required.
This is a full-time job, 40 hours a week is required.

Responsibilities:
- Following-up with 35-50 patients a day on phone calls, notating any changes to current medications, diagnoses, and any recommended changes.
- Educating potential new patients on inbound sales call to set appointment
- Answering questions for current patients as industry standards change
- Staying up to date on the industry's products and medical devices
- Keep up to date logs while maintaining Florida Department of Health Standards
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Remind patients of upcoming visits
- Maintaining general office finances (limited)
- Perform all other office tasks
- Assist the doctor as needed with medical records
- Assist the doctor with the necessary technology to be effective
Qualifications:
- Experience in clinical coordination and patient care is a must
- Must be able to handle a stressful work environment and demanding clients.
- High school diploma required, Associates and Batchelor degree preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Mastery of PC and Mac
- Proficient with Microsoft Word. Proficiency with Quickbooks, Athena (or other EMR), and or Excel is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Light travel will be required
- Driven
- Takes directions well
- Strong organizational skills
- MUST have your own, reliable transportation, be willing to travel as necessary
