Our Admin to Head of Client Experience (Sun Valley, CA) are professional, friendly, provide excellent customer service, and possess excellent communication skills. You must love people to identify and offer new bank products and services, be detail oriented and accurate with counting and balancing. You must love people and numbers to provide high-level client service support to internal and external client inquiries.
This position is required to support the Head of Client Experience with any administrative and/or operational duties within the bank.
Under the supervision of the Head of Client Experience, this position requires a creative and open-minded approach to problem solving and getting things done in the most effective way possible. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Cannabis business with an understanding of the banking industry. Flexibility is key and the ability to work on-site is mandatory. This is not a remote position.
What Will Be Your Key Accountabilities?
- Create and analyze reports as requested
- Work with and build relationships with outside vendors of the bank
- Manage the daily duties surrounding facilities and on-site building security
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the CRB industry
- Be able to communicate at a high level with customers to resolve escalated issues
- Act as back up for branch during short-staffed periods by answering phones, performing back office tasks such as scanning/photocopy and assisting with research requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Have advanced working skill with Excel and other Office applications

- Maintain up to date knowledge and may train others on products, services, departmental systems, and related technology, policies and procedures.
- Bring any suspicious activity to the attention of a supervisor, or the Bank Secrecy Act Officer.
- Follow all Bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

What Do You Bring to the Team?

- Associate degree preferred or related work experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking with knowledge of banking regulations.
- Excellent written and communication skills, including the ability to deal professionally with issues, problems, and questions.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; good organizational, research and follow-up skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of clients, staff, and management.
- Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction from supervisor.
- Ability to work successfully in a deadline driven, team environment.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Word, proficient in Excel, Outlook, preferable Fiserv.
