The Brand Development position is responsible for creating & managing our existing wholesale account relationships and also responsible for by identifying wholesale leads, education on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing wholesale accounts with exceptional support.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the point-of-contact between wholesale accounts and Medicine Farm Botanicals. This would entail the following: 1) checking in with stores to make sure they are aware of current/future offerings, 2) working with accounts to fix displays to gain a larger presence in stores, 3) offering marketing materials, 4) pass orders to our distributor, and 5) product education.

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

• Has active/current OLCC Worker Permit, 21+
• Experience working in a Sales and/or Brand Development
• Reliable transportation & the ability to travel to accounts within Oregon
• Knowledge of cannabis products and consumer behavior
• Organized & Capable of working independently
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable driving and taking overnight trips (infrequent)
• Personable & Outgoing

Standard Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Closed on Federal Holidays. Infrequent overnights may be needed and required when on the road.

The Social Media Coordinator position is a part-time position responsible for creating content & managing our existing social media platforms. Ideal candidates should have a background in marketing or social media and be familiar with creating content for instagram, facebook, and tik tok. This person in this position will also be responsible for creating monthly blog posts to be published on our website.
