OGeez! OG (Brand Representative) Job Duties
- Be up to speed on all OGeez! products to ensure clear communication.
- Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies when requested.
- Clear detailed mission reports due daily with high level of detail to Marketing Manager.
- Must be a team player and able to work well in various group settings.
- Educate consumers, & retail partners about our products daily.
- Capturing photos in the field to tell the story of each mission for internal recaps and social media.
- Build rapport with customers and vendors.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints to the marketing department.
- Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows when scheduled.
- Brainstorm ideas and participate in training and internal workshops.
- Maintain a positive image of the brand.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- College degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, or related study.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, events, or related consumerâ€focused field preferred.
- Proven track record representing brands in the marketing and event field.
- Experience in the cannabis industry and/or consumer packaged goods (including alcohol sales) preferred.
- An exceptional ability to speak in public and articulate messaging to crowds of various sizes.
- A creative eye for spotting product and consumer trends.

We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Associate to meet the growing demands of the brand. The role of the Sales Associate is best suited for a highly motivated individual that is task-oriented, a self-starter, creative, and possesses a great attitude and strong problem-solving skills. The Sales Associate will assist with all marketing initiatives including, advertising, social media, events, campaigns, sales promotion, in-store activations, and vendor partnerships. This is a great opportunity for an individual with some sales experience and/or looking to begin a career in sales.
Sales Associate Job Duties
- The position will primarily be responsible for the Tucson territory.
- Create and execute pre-plans prior to each sales week by strategizing the best way to achieve goals, objectives, and close gaps.
- Manage and maximize product sales in territory.
- Demonstrates professional consultative sales abilities through successful presentations of product, the promotion of new and existing portfolio items and the expansion of business.
- Develops strong relationships with Dispensary Managers and Budtenders to introduce new products and increase sales velocity.
- Provide consistent exceptional service for new and existing accounts.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, while maintaining consumer confidence and protect operations by keeping company information confidential.
- Services new account onboarding in a professional, proficient, and timely manner.
- Supports sales campaigns, sets up product displays and marketing collaterals for sales campaigns or product offerings.
- Host dispensary product training with recurring training sessions with dispensary customers to maintain a high level of product knowledge with staff.
- Coordinate promotions and participates in designated promotional events.
- Contribute to team by going above and beyond to accomplish company goals as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in sales, retail or hospitality industries
- Experience in the cannabis industry preferred (but not required).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver exceptional results on a strict deadline.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Travel required (50%+), good driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance coverage.
- Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
