Role and Responsibilities
To assist the Production Supervisor and Facility Manager with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of grow facilities. Cultivation Team Members may be required to do one or all of the tasks listed below depending on the skill level of the Production Team Member:
- Hand Trimming
- Packaging finished marijuana and concentrates
- Hand packing pre-rolls
- Ability to Multi-task
- Cleaning work areas

- Assist the cultivation team as needed

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct research, plan, and implement marketing strategy while collaborating and aligning with company departments.
Monitor active marketing campaigns and provide results and recommendations for future campaigns.
Create and implement SMS marketing strategy using Sprout, a text message campaign program, and tracking audience engagement.
Managing website to assure correct info, new content, and developing new eye-catching features.
Managing of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Leafly, Potguide, Yelp, Google, etc…)
Create social media content for product releases, holiday sales, and educational materials.
Tracking of retail sale trends with Director of Retail to deduct products that should be promoted on various platforms.

- Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines; conduct initial and ongoing employee training on the guidelines
- Ensure dispensary services are accessed only by those with valid Patient or Caregiver Registry Identification Cards.
- Ensure patient records are complete, accurate and up-to-date and that patient data is accessible to state and local authorities per all applicable regulations
- Ensure excellent care for all patients
- Supervise patient consultants in their assessments of individual patient needs; coach patient consultants and other staff members on how to assess patient needs by asking appropriate questions regarding patients’ medical conditions and symptoms; listening carefully to patient responses; and determining which types of alternative care might best treat their conditions
- Ensure ongoing evaluation and training of the Assistant staff related to common medical conditions, symptoms, and treatment methods, both traditional and alternative
- Work with the Director of Retail Operations to develop and manage the dispensary healing services program and continuously evaluate and enhance the program
- Address and resolve patient issues, communicating with sensitivity and respect at all times
- Ensure departmental and dispensary compliance with organizational standard operating procedures (SOPs), and all applicable state and local statutes, rules and regulations
