Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete understanding of all current rules and regulations relating to the retail sale of marijuana products to recreational consumers
- Oversee compliance regarding cash control, inventory management, documentation requirements as well as keeping all systems up-to-date and certified
- Responsible for overseeing cash management procedures are adhered to including opening, closing, depositing, reporting, and reconciling cash with POS system and all standard operating procedures
- Maintain proper organization and cleanliness/sterilization of the facility at all times
- Lead and motivate a strong team to ensure the success of dispensary
- The ability to introduce and cycle out products according to time of year/customer demand
- Maximize retail productivity, sales and profit, while ensuring that standards of service excellence are continuously met and consistently improved upon
- Collaborate with General Management, Marketing, Inventory, and Accounting resources to review and revise all staff management practices to support a high performing team
- Understand and enforce current rules and regulations including but not limited to COVID protocol with local, state and MED as well as being informed on all laws via cannabis as well as cannabis laws pertaining to local, state and MED

THE COMPANY
Mammoth Farms is an industry leader in outdoor cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and wholesale. As we continue to grow and expand Mammoth and its family of brands, we are seeking an enthusiastic, driven Outside Sales Representative in the Denver, CO area. This is a new position with the ability to make a real impact. We are looking for a sales representative who is driven to succeed, is skilled at using creative solutions to address challenges, and who can grow total sales volume and source new sale opportunities and relationships throughout Colorado.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
- Aggressively prospect and close new accounts in the CO region.
- Develop strong rapport with retailer management, purchasing staff and budtenders to secure product orders and high visibility placement within the store.
- Perform regular, on-going product training to budtenders to educate on the Mammoth's product lines.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Mammoth’s products, our business, and the cannabis industry.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to easily engage with a variety of individuals and groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to eloquently speak to the Mammoth brand
- Thorough understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others to your point of view
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU Minimum 1-3 years outside sales experience in cannabis, or cannabis adjacent industries
