Position Overview
The Inventory Coordinator I is responsible for overseeing the organization of packaging and supplies in house and managing orders to facilitate production. The Inventory Coordinator I is responsible for conducting daily cycle counts, including but not limited to review of damaged packaging, inventory rotation and quality issues. This individual must have strong math skills, as they will be responsible for maintaining records of large inventory counts, where accuracy is critical.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities with logistics and production personnel.
- Follow daily cycle counts as requested by supervisor..
- Record inventory data manually/ electronically on a computer.
- Receive count and verify incoming orders.
- Label stock items with labeling equipment such as identification tags.
- Operate platte jack in order to move stock material.
- Process damage or defective stock.
- Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.
- Ensure that flower inventory is tracked accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to acquire supply used in production.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory management
- Experience in medical cannabis industry or other alternative healthcare organizations is highly desirable
- Ability to perform general mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of job responsibilities, including but not limited to good documentation practices, strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedure.
- Accurately and precisely operate laboratory scales and other simple but precision measurement devices.
- The ability to professionally represent Mabel Manufacturing in all personnel interactions including those associated with regulatory agency inspection and/or audits.
- The ability to perform all job functions in direct compliance with written instruction.
- The ability to quickly comprehend the set-up, operation, controls and trouble-shooting of equipment.
- Regular and on-time attendance is mandated and is an essential function of this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the compliant cannabis sector
- Experience working in inventory management
- Some experience working with Excel, Google sheets and Quickbooks

Position Overview
The Production Technician I is responsible for performing manufacturing work on different Manufacturing Product lines within the facility in a labor-intensive environment. The Production Technician I sets-up processes and equipment, assembles and packages finished goods and other cannabis products with significant guidance and direction from the Production Supervisor. The Production Technician I is certified to operate, tend to/monitor, maintain and clean up to (4) processes, machines and/or equipment in the packaging area and one manufacturing area. We are specifically looking for people with experience hand-rolling pre-rolls style products (joints and blunts).
Responsibilities
- Operates various manufacturing and processing lines in various Manufacturing Departments including:
- Manual to Semi-automatic manufacturing and packaging to produce products including pre-packaged flower, flower pre-rolls, infused pre-rolls, and hand-rolled pre-roll products.
- Maintain a safe work environment, actively contributing to continuous improvements.
- Perform weigh and dispense activities of finished product, active ingredient(s), raw materials and excipients.
- Document all manufacturing activities consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Perform manual manufacturing activities as required.
- Maintain manufacturing and facility spaces in a clean state.
- Maintain room and equipment logbooks.
- Observe, monitor & record temperature, pressure and other parameters on Manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Use of Company’s Manufacturing Resource Planning system, Metrc and/or other regulatory mandated databases.
- Communicate daily and effectively with the Manufacturing Manager, Supervisor and Technician peer group.
- Maintain personal training status and records consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Occasionally we will ask you to work late or on weekends.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required

- The ability to professionally represent Mabel Manufacturing in all personnel interactions including those associated with regulatory agency inspection and/or audits.
- The ability to perform all job functions in direct compliance with written instruction.

Role Overview
We are hiring a Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business while perfecting our processes and driving profitability. You are organized, adaptable and laser focused on growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee productivity for each of our departments, including but not limited to pre- packaged flower, pre-roll manufacturing, blunt manufacturing, and labeling/packaging
- Manage personnel through scheduling, training and providing necessary equipment and materials to fulfil production jobs
- Support new employee onboarding and training with our existing team of production supervisors (that will report to you)
- Manage and update supply inventory systems
- Measure and monitor productivity through reporting and frequent updates to the management team
- Coordinate with key stakeholders (sourcing, distribution, inventory, etc.) to ensure seamless production cycle
- Develop, update and implement SOPs and workflows
- Manage client and vendor communications
- Facilitate interdepartmental and wholesale transfers of product using both internal and external systems (i.e. METRC)
- Interface with third-party laboratory to facilitate batch compliance testing
Selection criteria
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years operations or manufacturing management experience is required
- Cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and retail experience, a plus
- Food and Beverage manufacturing, a plus
- Track record that demonstrates a drive for results
- Proficiency with Smartsheets, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Bartender and
METRC
- Familiarity with ERP and MRP Systems
