Looking for a mature, responsible, and accomplished Medical Cannabis grower to oversee our 4,000 square foot medical cannabis grow and clone nursery. Experience with or able to learn seed to sale tracking system. Proven experience as a grower, preferably at a large scale; some management experience required
Responsibilities included but are not limited too:
- Overseeing cannabis crops from planting to harvesting
- Ensuring facilities are clean and pest-free
- Ensuring facilities are clean and pest-free
- Managing all aspects of cultivation, and an employee
- Leadership and people management skills
Daily online communication with out of state owner
