Position Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling directly to Business to Business (B2B) customers by cultivating and maintaining positive customer relationships. This includes initiating calls to current customers, building rapport, recommending modifications and new products and services with the result being the promotion of customer retention, driving direct sales and assurance of an overall superior customer service experience. Base salary plus variable compensation + benefits!
Responsibilities:
- Drive continued sales of current customers, focusing on relevant products that meet customers needs.
- Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Achieve customer retention goals and follow-up with consumers as required to close sales and meet/exceed goals.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with current B2B customers.
- Maintain a book of business and proactively seek opportunities based on customer activity.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the CBD/Cannabis industry to educate customers and update customers with important information.
- Attend periodic sales meetings where applicable and provide sales information, concerns and sales forecasts.
- Visit customers to establish strong personal relationships and understand customers’ business needs first hand.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the follow-up sales process.
- Additional tasks assigned by management or immediate manager.
- Make anywhere from 75-150 calls per day
​Qualifications:
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to occasionally travel to visit customers and/or attend sales events or exhibits.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- 5 Years of phone experience or more.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for extended periods of time using a mobile device, computer, keyboard and mouse.
- Walking / Bending / Reaching / Standing / Squatting throughout the day.
- May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 50lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 per week
