Package infused and plant material into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations
Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills, communication skills and windows based operating software
Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product
Sanitation & cleanup of all processing areas throughout the day
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Education or GED required
1+ years working in production environment required
Experience processing medical cannabis or other botanicals highly desirable
Must work well in a group and independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique
Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by Levels Provisioning and the state while processing patient medicine
Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences, especially with the direct supervisors and co-workers
Ability to perform a monotonous task with great efficiency over 8-hour work periods without losing quality
Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals
Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Levels Provisioning
Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations and passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws

Entry level position for Cannabis Processing Facility
At our cannabis packaging & processing facility, responsibilities include manicuring and packaging plant material and infused products. In this role, maintaining accuracy in weighing product, fulfilling product, labelling, and inventory is predominant. The Packaging & Processing role is also responsible for maintaining a clean workspace to provide a sterile environment for production of medical products. Responsibilities
Breakdown cured batches and extracted oil from the lab into multiple different weight increments (3.5 g, 7 g, ½ g and 1 g etc.) and package them accordingly
Keep a precise count of all packaged product and weight(s) of product used for an accurate end of day reconciliation of packaged inventory and remaining inventory
Package infused and plant material into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations
Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills, communication skills and windows based operating software
Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product
Sanitation & cleanup of all processing areas throughout the day

Qualifications
High School Education or GED required
1+ years working in production environment required
Experience processing medical cannabis or other botanicals highly desirable
Must work well in a group and independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more cannabis gardens and completion of tasks assigned by the Director of Cultivation to monitor and maintain plant production and health.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for defoliation of plants
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Levels SOP’s
- Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with MRA and the standards set by Levels.
- Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production area.
- Assist with rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity goals for cultivation facility
- Clone, plant, water, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs, and trees, using hand tools and gardening tools.
- Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.
- Record information about plants and plant growth.
- Examine plants' leaves and note their coloring to detect the presence of insects or disease.
- Fill growing tanks with water.
- Inspect plants and bud ties to assess quality.
- Identify pests, diseases or infestations and manage the outbreak.
- Clean work areas and maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Check and water all plants in cultivation facility as outlined in the Daily Room-Checklist.
- Transplanting plants into larger containers as needed.
- Trimming plants in the vegetative stage and creating clones from material.
- Washing pots/trays/lights, etc. retuning them to the appropriate Clean Room
- Harvesting and trimming flowering plants.
- Staking weak plants.
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
