Legion of Bloom is seeking an experienced Account Manager with high volume Cannabis Sales experience. The Account Manager would operate in the San Francisco & East Bay region, and must be familiar with the territory and market.

Our company culture blends the values of multiple industries unique to California, and in doing so we have created quite a different environment in which to work.**We are a company of unique individuals, and are looking for a capable and experienced Account Manager to join our ranks!**Account Managers at Legion of Bloom process sales with existing customers, search for new leads and clients, and follow up with buyers on regular intervals to ensure the highest level of customer care is achieved. Sales are focused on both LEGION products as well as our entire portfolio of brands, which includes live resin, PAX products, flower lines, and edibles. We pride ourselves on not just high quality products, but also high quality interactions with both vendors and consumers. Account Managers check in biweekly with the Director of Sales, and receive support and feedback on strengthening their existing clientele relationships, as well as solidifying prospective leads.**Candidates should have prior cannabis sales experience, and be well versed in the cannabis industry. They should be detail oriented, organized, charismatic, and sociable. Having an existing network of cannabis contacts in the region is a plus, as is having a definitive track record of strong sales and growth.**Duties for an Account Manager include:
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Meet and exceed active account targets for Legion of Bloom & affiliated brands
- Grow revenue and SKU count within current active accounts
- Target and secure non buy accounts
- Visit active accounts at minimum every 2 weeks
- Schedule staff education sessions with active accounts every 60 days
- Conduct a minimum of 32 account visits per week in-person
- Regularly analyze online menus for out of stock, accurate pricing, competitive pricing, and deals
- Create a weekly and daily plan
- Prepare and participate in 1:1 sales calls once per week
- Be present and actively participate in sales team calls
- Create and execute account incentives when appropriate, with a plan for ROI
- Follow order submissions process for account orders
Requirements for an Account Manager:
- 3+ years Account Management Experience
- Established track record of definitive Sales Growth
- Prior experience in Cannabis Sales
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, B2B Sales Platforms
- Strong references
- Must be at least 21 years of age
