RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated, and talented Graphic Designer to join our growing Cannabis Brand team as a Branding & Packaging Designer. This mid-level role will report to the executive management team and will work with other team members and will assist with any & all design projects that come through our department. Additionally, this role will provide visual + design support to the social media, ambassador, and digital marketing team.
You Will:
Be the Branding & Packaging Designer and embrace constructive criticism as part of the design process. A proven track record of successful branding and logo experience will clearly articulate your design decision. You will also work with new visual directions for new brands and lines- including color theory and typography - and ensure they are carried out consistently. Design without fear of failure have foresight to adapt to changing needs, environments and iterate quickly and collaborate with product managers and company leaders.
Previous experience must include a full concept cycle through final design, working directly with members of management to create logos for brands and assist in the overall packaging experience to produce the final product. The Branding & Packaging Graphic Designer will be focused primarily on logo, packaging, but additional experience with marketing design is a huge plus as a portion of the role will include designing emails, social media, and potentially sales.
