As our Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating clearly and professionally with our rapidly growing customer base.

We value our wide customer base and the ability to create positive outcomes for people of all backgrounds. A large portion of our customers are elderly, terminally ill, or communication impaired. This role will report to the customer service supervisor and will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting customers with questions or concerns regarding their orders and general CBD inquires
- Providing consistent and accurate information about our products within our guidelines and knowledge database
- Facilitating effective and time-sensitive communication between departments related to resolving CS issues
- Providing basic levels of tech support regarding order placing on our web platform
- Answering phone calls, transferring lines, reviewing voicemails
- Answering customer emails and inquiries
Requirements
- Excellent spoken, written, and presentation communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- 1-2 years experience in Call Center / Customer Service background
- Proficient in basic PC skills (email, Microsoft word/excel) and ability to learn functions of company software
- Strong attention to clerical detail (correcting and confirming addresses and sensitive information, reviewing applications on specific criteria)
- Hemp / Cannabis industry experience is a plus! (not required)

We are looking for a driven individual to help develop our cannabinoid wholesale plan and will work closely with our Seattle manufacturing management team in creating sales plans, analyzing production costs, setting pricing and coordinating fulfillment to customers. Duties and Responsibilities:
A well-suited candidate will exhibit initiative, creativity, a competitive drive, and have a deep understanding of the bulk cannabinoid market. The ideal candidate has established customer relationships within the industry.
- Develop and implement a bulk cannabinoid sales plan, encompassing all sales materials, pricing, sales strategy, website and trade shows. Build the sales network from sales of bulk isolate to brokers, into having a network of brands, companies and end users purchasing the myriad of higher-value extracts that Lazarus Naturals produces.
- Build and optimize our bulk cannabinoid sales materials independently and build a dedicated website to support the sales effort. Understand branding, and work with the team to present this product as a distinct offering.
- Provide outstanding customer service to account relationships and work with accounts to grow their business by providing innovative solutions and upselling to downstream services.
- Maintain regular in person visits and call frequency to existing accounts.
- Analyze the marketplace and understand the prices, product trends, and influence internal sales efforts and production scheduling to meet anticipated demand.
- Work with the Director of Chemical Manufacturing to identify novel extracts and products to develop based upon market trends and sales opportunities, understanding how to differentiate short -lived fads from longer term growth trends.
- Dedicate time to have a robust understanding of the cannabinoid manufacturing processes, costs, and complexity in order to partner with the chemical manufacturing team to deliver the highest value and focus development efforts where there is margin and lead sales growth.
- Develop and execute to sales goals, profit targets and KPIs. Partner with the Director of Chemical Manufacturing to develop the reporting, goals and targets.
- Represent and promote the company and the cannabis industry in a professional, responsible manner.
- Collaborate with the company's Accounts Receivable department to ensure retail accounts remain in good standing. Responsible for managing overdue accounts and collecting payments from customers
- Assist with other tasks determined by management as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field is preferred
- Work Experience: 2 to 3 years in sales/cannabis sector preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
This position reports directly to Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Safe operation and troubleshooting of Wiped-Film Evaporator, Short-Path Distillation, and Solvent Recovery systems.
- Optimizing vacuum distillation systems and methods.
- Safe and efficient handling of hazardous materials (ethanol, xylenes, n-heptane).
- Communicating with upstream/downstream processing to ensure consistent process flow.
- Proper completion of documentation, line clearance, and handling procedures.
- Coordinating sample submission for internal testing of raw materials and interpreting results.
- Conducting weekly inventory and reporting equipment, supply, and tool needs to supervisory staff.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization standards; assisting with general housekeeping on the manufacturing floor.
- Accurate and timely upkeep of digital inventory records and process tracking.
- Committed to continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Requirements

The Production Agronomist will report directly to the Farm Operations Director and will be directly responsible for the following:
- Carry out and manage field operations including tillage, planting, cultivation, and harvest.
- Perform soil and tissue sampling.
- Create crop plans and budgets.
- Plan and operate irrigation systems.
- Schedule and perform maintenance and repairs on agricultural equipment.
- Manage field crews in planting, cultivation, and harvesting operations.
- Monitor crop for pests, disease, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Maintain and improve site safety standards at all times.
- Oversee recordkeeping and data collection.
- Work with vendors to purchase necessary equipment and supplies.
Requirements
High attention to detail, ability to multi-task and demonstrated ability to resolve
complex problems and ensure critical deadlines are met.
- Familiarity with a wide range of agricultural equipment and operations.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with a variety of ag technology.
- Experience with drip irrigation, center pivots, and wheel lines preferred.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and math skills.
- Familiarity with organic farming systems and practices.
- Basic understanding of finance and administration within an ag business.
- Excellent PC and technical skills (Microsoft and Google Suite).
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and related work experience in agriculture. Agricultural Business, Agronomy or Agricultural
- Production Management degree strongly preferred.
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) or Professional Certified Agronomist (PCAg) certifications
strongly preferred.
- Background with soil science, field management, plant genetics, pest management
and irrigation strongly preferred.

Requirements and Skills:
- A minimum of ten years of senior level sales and business development management in a CPG or Cannabis company.
- The ideal candidate has experience developing and implementing programs to ignite internal growth and open new channels and opportunities in CPG companies with revenues of $25M to $200M.
- Diverse experience across direct-to-consumer, B2B sales and marketing. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, is highly collaborative, data driven and rigorous, and has a passion for building a sustainable, meaningful organization and business.
- Leadership style that puts employee needs, recognition, and fulfillment above that of Senior Management.
- Passionate and skilled at recruiting, training, developing, and coaching team members in sales, marketing, branding, and business development.
- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy and related supporting initiatives.
- Excellent communicator: builds trusted relationships, and clearly articulates key value propositions, processes and performance. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and public speaking experience.
- Act as a market maker; able to work closely with the executive team and others to craft and communicate the company’s vision and then transform that vision into a strategy for pioneering new markets and opportunities.
- Financially astute; expert understanding of key financial and marketing metrics that drive profitability and company success; leveraging metrics to course correct and optimize.
- Successful experience in using data analytics to monitor and evaluate sales teams and programs against stated expectations, and to realign and change them to meet performance expectations.
- Experience at multiple sizes and maturities of companies, specifically at start ups and mid-stage companies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA, finance education preferred.

- Perform daily cycle counts by physically counting material, merchandise, and supplies in stock and updating inventory records in our inventory management system.
- Unload/load trucks and deliveries as needed. Requires ability to lift 50lb, walk, stoop, bend, reach, extend, and crouch.
- Periodically drives a company truck to deliver materials to production sites. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean record.
- Intermediate computer skills needed in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and transportation to have material delivered to production sites, may include the kitting of materials using Bill of Materials.
- Supports all tasks related to warehousing including placing products in inventory locations and processing transactions in our inventory management system.
- Employing high industry safety standards.
- Follows written protocol procedures for unpacking, examining and routing incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and notifies appropriate internal parties.
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price, etc.) and allocate them to their designated locations.
- Organizing and reconciling physical inventory.
- Maintain accurate receiving records for all inbound and outbound shipments and file accordingly.
- Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move parts and supplies from shipping and receiving a platform to storage or work area.
Requirements
- 2-4 years forklift driving experience.
- 3 years of Inventory Control experience.
- High attention to detail with good organization, planning, and time-management skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Prior experience working in the cannabis industry is a plus.
- Motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong ability to prioritize work and communicate effectively with team members.
- Strong analytical skills required.
