This sales account manager position comes with a guaranteed base salary ($30k-$45k), determined by the candidates experience, as well as a super competitive commission pay plan based on monthly sales. Each month you will earn a Sales Commission based on the total Net Revenue for all deliveries made to customers in your Sales Territory. Net Revenue is measured as Gross Revenue billed less all applicable taxes, accounts receivables, discounts and returns.
Paid Time Off: 2 Weeks Per Year
Insurance: After 90 days you are eligible for our company health insurance plan. Company covers 100$ off your monthly co-pay.
Benefits: Company will provide a monthly allowance for travel and fuel costs at standard IRS mileage rate.
Phone: Company will provide a google voice line for your use.
You will be eligible for participation in the various company benefits as modified from time to time. The listed Company Benefits Summary will provide you with an overview of your benefits and cost sharing arrangements.
Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO hours are earned on a bi-weekly basis and you may roll over a maximum of 2 weeks at the first day of any calendar year. Hours earned can be used for extended time off after completion of an initial 90 days of service.
Sick Pay. 3 paid sick days per year. Time used when an employee needs to take time away from work due to personal Illness. Up to 1/2 of an employee's sick pay can be used to care for the illness of a child, spouse, or immediate family member.

Job Duties:
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Meet monthly quotas
- Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
- Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
- Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
- Other duties as requested
