Office Reception Duties include:
1. Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments. Follows up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate. Clients and patients call in as fresh new customers and need direction while many call seeking order status, tracking or other questions. This is the first impression of the company and is very important.
2. Answers general emails and company correspondence. Has strong command of Microsoft Office, Google Docs and some Adobe skills for electronic file management. Create and maintain company files on server as well as in real world.
3. FedEx, UPS, USPS pickup / drop off . correspondence with customers and suppliers. Also company postage meter for internal mailings. Supervising daily pickup and company mail delivery, which can include special circumstance* (notary, l legal correspondence etc)
4. Accounts payable , accounts receivable, Books meeting rooms and executive appointments. Processes expenses and invoices. Creates budgets and orders office supplies. Checks in with other positions to maintain and improve overall office performance
5. Files and archives accurate records, both computer and in real time
6. Payroll - management of payroll service Through ADP and also Venmo
7. Social media skills a definite plus as we all contribute to content as a company

FB / Reddit/ YouTube forums and channels: Direct marketing in Forums to go after new and existing clients. Discussing strategy with forum leaders and creating an ever evolving plan. We use this as a way to directly educate and create trust with patients.
The correct candidate will have great writing skills and is experienced with all major Social media platforms. Responsible for creating, managing and adding to the Social media “Weekly/Monthly” grand master rhythm and plan. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited the creation, scheduling and strategizing of;

Instagram: ads, influencer management, company cobranding
Writing daily copy for all social media posts and blogs
Daily, weekly, monthly email marketing and growth strategy
Email marketing list acquisition & development
Social media video production and scheduling
Weekly “Live” video’s to be established as part of Social Media master rhythm
Running giveaways and lotteries
Create and supervise monthly/weekly promotional sales
Sourcing and managing influencers
Account budget and tracking conversions to phone calls/sales etc.
Google analytics and keeping SEO in Line with ever changing Google policies
Develop and grow theTikTok video team
Manage and grow YouTube channel
Manage Reddit and Facebook direct customer engagement - (Trolling).
Candidate will also be excited to;
~ Attend weekly team meetings
~ Write content for SEO team
~ Partner with SEO team to maximize marketing benefits.
~ Create affiliate program, Expand influencer team,
~ Aggressively expand all aspects of master plans.

Compensation: This is a salaried position plus bonuses and full medical benefits. We also have a quarterly commission program for

This is a dynamic position includes but isn’t limited to:
Answering phones - dealing with multiple lines and interacting with patients.
Handling smaller single item orders and ancillary product sales
Taking new orders and processing regular orders with digital shopping cart system
Triaging new critically ill patients and scheduling consultations
Accounts payable and receivable
Excel / Quickbooks
Daily Fedex shipping, invoicing, tracking and order supervision
Helping customers with account creation and alterations
CRM / database & Data Entry
We are looking for a person who is highly capable and has a big heart. We generally take in 30-50 new patients each week so this position is critical to the quality of our patient care experience. We pride ourselves in being exceptional in all areas of patient care as it it defines the company as being truly “medical” … so the right person must be a true natural and REALLY love taking care of the critically ill.
