LSL Management, LLC (“LSL” or “company”) is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. LSL has been awarded licensing to operate two cultivation facilities, a manufacturing facility and three dispensaries. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state-of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region.

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to work out of our corporate office in St. Louis, Missouri. This person will report directly to the Controller.
As the Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for ….
· Processing accounts receivable and payable transactions
· Paying close attention to detail and maintaining specific ledger accounts for various reporting needs will be of the utmost importance in this role
· Record & post payments received and payments to vendors
· Reconcile AP/AR ledger accounts in a timely manner
· Prepare reports of delinquent accounts
· Month and year-end closing processes
· Maintain accuracy of AP/AR
· Provide technical support and advice
· Develop new accounting methods, policies, and principles
· Prepare statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources
· Resolve discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required

Individuals must perform with an outstanding level of customer service and be able to adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the Store Manager and the owners. Individuals must always prioritize compliance and be able to facilitate patient transactions in an efficient manner.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Cashiering experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of POS experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of Inventory Management experience.
- Possess a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). College graduates are preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the cannabis industry and the associated federal, state, and local municipal laws and regulations.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with a diverse clientele.
- Strain/product knowledge and experience is beneficial.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Word and Excel).
- Typing proficiency.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Follow the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance with the company's mission, vision, goals, and objective.
- Qualified applicants have an aptitude for comprehending compliance and the ability to adhere to a regulatory framework.
Duties and Expectations
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, clean, and well-organized workspace and facility.
- Ensure the facility is properly stocked with product and merchandise.
- Maintain outstanding customer service including greeting all customers and patients with a warm and friendly smile.
- Maintain a proper inventory account and account for inventory properly in the POS and other inventory/waste tracking documents.
- Able to take on receptionist duties, including but not limited to; answering phones and answering customer and patient questions, handling visitors, and notifying the Store Manager when orders arrive.
- Management of patient records and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Knowledge and enforcement of building security and ability to act accordingly in various types of emergency situations.
- Ability to deal with and resolve problems in a professional manner.
- All other duties as assigned.
