SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
This position is task-based and may require additional time to finish a particular task before the end of the work day.

Requirements:
- Must be 21+
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in hot, humid conditions
- Must work well with others and be a team player
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs several times per day
- Must be able to withstand long hours on your feet, kneeling or in otherwise difficult positions in order to reach plants and finish tasks
- Regular and on-time attendance
- Must be able to stay focused & motivated for extended periods of time
Qualifications:
- 21+ with Valid identification
- AA or higher in Horticulture or related plant sciences a plus
- Experience in Warehouse or other physically demanding job setting
- Experience in Horticulture a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Caring for plants of all ages
- Hand Watering
- Moving soil and lifting plant pots
- Moving, lifting, and working around the trellis’ including installation, maintenance and removal of trellising
- Transplanting
- Collecting, bagging and moving plant waste
- Grow room environment transitions
- Working with and light maintenance of equipment
- Working with a 100’ hose around plant tables and under the trellis to water plants
- Harvesting plants
- Cleaning up after yourself and daily tasks
- Cleaning tools and equipment (such as sanitizing scissors, wiping down and hanging up hoses, sweeping and supporting a clean environment as needed)
- Minimal time spent sitting, expect to be on your feet for the duration of the day
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work such as harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Work Conditions and Environment:
- Manufacturing and Warehouse setting
- Moderate amount of noise
- Working near and under bright High Intensity Discharge Lighting (UV glasses are provided)
- Warm, humid environment while wearing Tyvek suits and other protective clothing while working with plants
- Tight, confined work spaces for some tasks
- Exposure to and use of potentially hazardous or toxic chemicals such as Bleach, Hydrogen Peroxide, nutrients and other cleaning and sanitizing chemicals. MSDS data sheets and PPE are available for reference and use during work.
- Adherence to all work safety requirements including but not limited to: wearing task specific PPE such as safety and/or UV glasses, gloves, and masks or respirators when required, following proper ladder procedures, and operating pallet jack and straddle stacker according to regulated guidelines

Cannabis producer seeking an onsite maintenance technician who has experience with light construction.
$14 - $16 an hour, Full-time
8 hour shifts, 9am-5pm (no night shifts), ability to work weekends required however most hours will fall between Monday-Friday
Minimum Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Routinely inspects the facility for cleanliness and proper operation.
-Identifies, troubleshoots, and makes repairs to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as any structural elements of the facility.
-Performs a variety of maintenance/minor repair activities on the interior/exterior areas of the facilities including, but not limited to: painting, drywall, structural elements, including parking lot and sidewalks, plumbing repairs, clears drain stoppages, interior and exterior lighting including lamp, fuse and ballast replacement.
-Perform preventive maintenance programs as assigned by management.
-Periodically inspect air handling units, tighten or replace belts, replace filters and grease components. Maintain logs to document activity.
-Performs interior and exterior custodial duties as needed. May include sweeping, removing snow from sidewalks, wet mop and operating vacuum, gather trash and empty trash receptacles and turn trash carts.
-Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and maintain cleanliness of the facilities.
-Maintain equipment in good, safe and working order. Secure equipment and tools
-Assist other departments, including but not limited to: Marketing, Production, and Retail. Setup and breakdown events at the facilities and other venues.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:-Adhere to all work safety requirements including but not limited to: wearing task specific PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and masks when required, following proper ladder procedures, and operating forklift and scissor lifts according to regulated guidelines.
-Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools, and related equipment to ensure systems are well maintained.
-Wear protective clothing when working with plants and remove protective clothing before exiting the facility
OTHER DUTIES:
-Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work such as harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
SUPERVISION:
-Works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Facilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-One or more years of construction or facility maintenance experience.
-Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
-Must be familiar with hand tools, power tools, man lifts and fork lifts.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must work well with others.
-Certification(s) for or in construction or facility maintenance highly desired.
-Quality Workmanship
-Problem Solving and Decision Making
WORKING CONDITIONS:
-Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing and warehouse setting.
-Able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly.
