SUMMARY
IPN LLC is a merchant services consulting company that operates under 2 brands: IPN and Paybotic based in West Palm Beach, Florida. IPN supports traditional merchants, customizing solutions to each business’s unique requirements, while Paybotic specializes in payment solutions for high-risk cannabis businesses.
We are seeking a passionate and high-potential individual for our Technical Support Associate position who is a fast learner, self-motivated and engaged team player that can take on multiple tasks with minimal direction and supervision. This position is entry level with potential to become Merchant Support Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position involves many company’s operational activities, such as equipment set-up and deploying stockroom management, technical support for customers and partners, and other administrative tasks. Daily job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Manage equipment deployment, return, inventory and refurbishment.
· Manage equipment inventory, outgoing and returned equipment.
· Provide technical troubleshooting support via phone and email to existing clients.
· Maintain strong relationship with both merchants and partners by excellent problem solving, critical thinking and effective communication both internally and externally.
· Coordinate with remote offices and team members to resolve critical issues with merchants and partners under rush timeline.
· Continuously optimize standard operating procedures and lead the implementation of new operating procedures.
· Captain the capability building for self on Card brand operating regulations, innovations in merchant financial services, systems & platforms to improve work procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
· EXCELLENT written and spoken communication skills: this position involves prompt, concise, and effective communication (email, phone, etc.) with many parties (team members, customers, vendors, partners, etc.)
· Independent, self-motivated, strong critical thinking and persistent to achieve goals.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized.
· Agile mindset and great team player.
· Systems Proficiency: CRM, Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
WORK SCHEDULE
Hours are subject to change, but you are expected to work the following schedule:
· Monday-Friday: 10AM – 7PM

We are seeking an experienced individual for our Account Manager position who is a fast learner, self-motivated and engaged team player that can take on multiple tasks with minimal direction and supervision.
The candidate must be able to utilize multidisciplinary skills and knowledge, such as technical troubleshooting, accounting, IT masteries and relationship management, to support high work volume with high accuracy and speed.
REQUIREMENTS
· At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support and Account Management role.
· Experience in financial services and payment processing is a Big plus.
· EXCELLENT written and spoken communication skills: this position involves prompt, concise, and effective communication (email, phone, etc.) with many parties (team members, customers, vendors, partners, etc.)
· Fluent in Merchant Financial Service terminologies and language.
· At least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and programming payment terminal software and hardware, especially Dejavoo.
· Independent, self-motivated, strong critical thinking and persistent to achieve goals.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized.
· Agile mindset and great team player.
· Systems Proficiency: CRM, Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position involves many company’s operational activities, such as technical and accounting support for customers and partners, initiative management, process management and improvement, system administration, staff training and other office administrative tasks. Daily job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Provide support via phone and email to all existing and new accounts with emphasis on phone support. Act as Chief Representative for IPN LLC to solve all problems for merchants and partners, accompany the merchants and partners throughout their experience using IPN LLC’s services.
· Maintain strong relationship with both merchants and partners by excellent problem solving, critical thinking and effective communication both internally and externally.
· Reinforce merchants’ and partners’ compliances with internal procedures, banking, card brand rules and regulations, as well as other third-party processors’ terms and conditions.
· Coordinate with remote offices and team members to resolve critical issues with merchants and partners under rush timeline.
· Manage equipment deployment, return, inventory and refurbishment.
· Develop, implement, and revise policies and procedures to ensure the successful end-to-end operation of the Merchant Help Desk.
· Continuously optimize standard operating procedures and lead the implementation of new operating procedures.

We are seeking an experienced individual for our Merchant Support position who is a team player that can take on multiple tasks with minimal direction and supervision. The candidate must be detail-oriented and comfortable working with several merchant and partner support inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position involves many company’s operational activities, including customer and partner support, communications, and administration. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage and provide phone and email support to all existing accounts the company has, especially merchant phone support.
- Program, download and prepare equipment for deployment if necessary.
- Provide management monthly reports regarding the help desk activities for the preceding month.
- Direct Merchant Service Representatives through exceptional and unusual situations or customer concerns with merchant processing and equipment.
- Enforce and maintain Merchant Help Desk procedures. Keeping abreast of the merchant services industry, card brand rules and regulations, and Third Party Processors’ systems and applications to ensure compliance.
- Maintain in depth knowledge of system capabilities and enhancements for all systems in the Merchant Help Desk.
- Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to ensure the successful operation of the Merchant Help Desk. Reviewing and recommending improved operating procedures on an ongoing basis, and overseeing the implementation of operational procedures.
- Assume responsibility for the Emergency Recovery Plan for Merchant Help Desk. Coordinating training and development plans with the appropriate individuals.
- Ensure that superior customer service is provided to merchants. Working directly with merchants, operational departments, and partners to handle more difficult or complex merchant and card security questions and concerns.
- Train internal department employees on Card Brand operating regulations, and general merchant account processing. Training merchants on the proper card acceptance procedures. Attending seminars and training pertaining to merchant processing.
- Assume responsibility for the development and maintenance of merchant training material. This includes developing and providing thorough written instructions on product use, operational changes etc.
- Account Boarding includes gathering all necessary information and documents from merchants, ordering equipment, and Merchant Training on all products.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and support of Merchant Help Desk with the Merchant Product Team.
- Review and recommend new product development and system capabilities to ensure maximum use of systems.
REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions on behalf of management team.
