We are hiring a Territory Account Manager, who is responsible for maintaining healthy and productive relationships with B2B businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest. This position will also be the liaison between internal staff and customers. Foremost, the Account Manager must love solving problems, while displaying knowledge regarding a variety of packaging solutions. We pride ourselves in selling service before product. Qualifications:
- 2+ established, successful Field Sales Experience (preferably in cannabis or adjacent industries).
- Ability to work respectfully with multi-cultural clients and work environments.
- Adept at utilizing company software programs: Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Drive.
- Must have impeccable attention to detail.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a quick learner with sales experience in a large library of products.
- Must have solid time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
- Represent yourself as a responsible, outgoing and reliable professional.
- Ability to travel regularly as a field sales agent (driving is a key role of this position, a safe and clean driving record is preferred).
- Ability to act as a team player that can also, often times, work independently.
Job Duties:
- Drive B2B sales excellence, consistent with brand strategy, to achieve set targets.
- Own the relationship with customer base.
- Provide accurate and timely communication of changing conditions that effect volume, profitability, distributor focus and competitors.
- Attain company goals through accurate and timely execution of all procedures and objectives.
- Represent our brand (services and products) to assigned and acquired clients.
- Ability to effectively utilize company systems to track sales.
- Plan daily, weekly and monthly schedules for visiting clients.
- Maintain frequent communication with home office to ensure that pipelines are flowing and deliverables are met.
- Integrate best practices and creative solutions through constant collaboration.

Customer Service Representative
A Customer Service Representative is an important role within any company, and such a position not only holds the opportunity to progress within the sales and customer service sectors, but within the company as a whole.
The position of Customer Service Person provides fantastic experience in telecommunication and paperwork management, and is well suited for anyone with a marketing and social media skill set. This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to respond to any enquiries via telephone or computer, so computer literacy is a vital asset. In a small growing company like ours, customer service also is asked to perform several marketing and administrative tasks.
What does a Customer Service Person job description include?
- A Customer Service Person is the first person to answer phone calls and processes orders for customers as a first priority, following up with telephone sales as well when time permits.
- A Customer Service Person prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client.
- You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries or difficult situations in a calm, friendly and professional manner.
- The Customer Service Person must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
- You must also be able to work closely with the inventory control team to assess product availability for fulfilment.
- The Customer Service Person may also be required to assist in collecting past due accounts and working out payment plans to keep accounts receivable current.
- A Customer Service Person may add value by managing Facebook/Instagram/Webpage, and creating blast emails to generate new sales.
- In this position, some accounting and inventory control is necessary to answer customer questions on price and availability of product. We utilize QuickBooks accounting software and Excel price lists to accomplish this so some exposure to these software products is helpful.
- A Customer Service Person is responsible to pick, pack and ship samples arranging UPS/FedEx labels and tracking shipping progress to report to the customer and follow up on deliveries to turn those samples into sales.
- A Customer Service Person is responsible for assisting management in creating and submitting sales reports as requested.
- A Customer Service Person is sometimes asked to take on many other tasks from time to time such as working with freight providers to negotiate freight rates.
Key skills and qualifications of a Customer Service Person:
- You must be experienced in an office environment and have an outgoing personality while not being overbearing in your approach with dealing with other people.
- You must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job. Spanish Bi-Lingual a plus.
- As a Customer Service Person in the packaging Industry, you may be required to have had some knowledge of this industry and preferably experience in specific fields of manufacturing, wine, and cannabis which are our main product lines.
- A Customer Service Person must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork, emails, calendar with superior follow up skills.
- Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, the Customer Service Person must possess excellent customer service skills and exceptional phone acumen.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have exposure to QuickBooks. Any experience with CRM’s, website development software, social media platforms, email blast marketing is preferred.
