About the Job:
The Cultivation Associate provides care and support for plant harvesting and abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Duties include the following.
- Manage marijuana plants, giving each individual plant the attention, it needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Execute all activities in the veg, flower, and dry rooms
- Track and record all veg or flower room data as directed
- Keep veg, flower rooms and dry rooms immaculate and fully operational.

- Fulfill water room operations for all rooms

The Harvest Technician is responsible for ensuring clean and efficient harvests weekly, abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Duties include the following.
- Cut down finished plants and compliantly track plants and waste in data sheets
- Buck nugs from whole plants
- Operate, clean and maintain tabletop trimming machines
- Maintain harvest order, batch strains and store in drying room
- Proper cleanup and disposal of all harvest related waste
- Carrying large pots of soil up and down stairs
- Occasionally finish trim dried flower and assist with packaging

Budtenders are responsible for helping customer, checking them out, cash handling, and customer service. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences.
A critical part of the business operation, the Budtender will have the most interaction with the store’s patrons. Must be outgoing and passionate, very knowledgeable on the products and cannabis in general, will assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Duties:
- Continual cannabis education including but not limited to knowledge of strains, terpenes, consumption methods, cannabis culture, medical implications, efficacy, effects/high, aroma/tastes/aesthetic, state and municipal regulations for medical and recreational marijuana
- Stay apprised of any events, promotions and special an speak of them with customers
- Packaging prerolls and extracts during all store hours. This is a primary duty.
- Provides quality customer service and demonstrates professionalism at all times
- Greets customers warmly when they enter and promotes a work environment that is positive, compassionate, and customer-service oriented
- Accurately record any pertinent notes that will help provide excellent customer service when the customer/patient returns

OVERVIEW
The Edibles and Kitchen Associate is responsible for assisting with the production of various cannabis infused products which include but are not limited to inventory management, adherence to compliance and safety requirements, and production of cannabis infused products. Job Summary
The Assistant Cultivation Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cultivation facility in accordance with standards set by the state and Infinity Wellness The Assistant Cultivation Manager provides support for all cultivation agents, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products through METRC, arranging deliveries, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness in accordance with state regulations and standards set by Infinity Wellness . The Assistant Cultivation Manager is also responsible for the coordination of demand planning, scheduling of crops to meet demand, crop management, harvesting, manicuring, and facility sanitation. Sanitation is an integral part of cannabis cultivation, and sanitation protocols, implementation, and delegation falls under the supervision of the Assistant Cultivation Manager in regards to any grow zone.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Serves as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
- Provides mentorship to all cultivators regarding horticulture science, crop production, semi-annual reviews, discipline, and internal promotions.
- Assists Training cultivation staff on all cultivation processes and standard operating procedures, proper pesticide application and safety, and proper fertigation and safety.
- Helps Oversee all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the state agencies and standards set by Infinity Wellness .
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior product quality in accordance with state regulations and standards set by the company.
- Responsible for the environmental and irrigation conditions for crop production, adjusting needed equipment or software to maintain proper standard lifecycle conditions.
- Assists managing the fertilizer program, maintaining appropriate stock nutrient levels, batches, and dialing in recipes as needed.
- Troubleshoots cultivation equipment, irrigation equipment, and controlled environmental software.
- Identifies crop problems and determines a solution in an appropriate time frame.
- Creates, revises, updates, and implements standard operating procedures pertaining to cultivation, maintenance of horticulture equipment, integrated pest management, sanitation, harvesting, and other processes involving the cultivation of cannabis.
Qualifications
- Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies.
- Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies.
- Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies.
- Two years of experience in commercial cannabis production.
- Two years of experience in a position with managerial responsibilities.
- Strong indoor horticulture and greenhouse management experience.
- Thorough understanding of state and local medical and/or recreational cannabis laws and how they apply to the operations of Infinity Wellness .

Job Summary
The Assistant Cultivation Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cultivation facility in accordance with standards set by the state and Infinity Wellness The Assistant Cultivation Manager provides support for all cultivation agents, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness in accordance with state regulations and standards set by Infinity Wellness . The Assistant Cultivation Manager is also responsible for the coordination of demand planning, scheduling of crops to meet demand, crop management, harvesting, manicuring, and facility sanitation. Sanitation is an integral part of cannabis cultivation, and sanitation protocols, implementation, and delegation falls under the supervision of the Assistant Cultivation Manager in regards to any grow zone.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Serves as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
- Provides mentorship to all cultivators regarding horticulture science, crop production, semi-annual reviews, discipline, and internal promotions.
- Assists Training cultivation staff on all cultivation processes and standard operating procedures, proper pesticide application and safety, and proper fertigation and safety.
- Helps Oversee all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the state agencies and standards set by Infinity Wellness .
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior product quality in accordance with state regulations and standards set by the company.
- Responsible for the environmental and irrigation conditions for crop production, adjusting needed equipment or software to maintain proper standard lifecycle conditions.
- Assists managing the fertilizer program, maintaining appropriate stock nutrient levels, batches, and dialing in recipes as needed.
- Troubleshoots cultivation equipment, irrigation equipment, and controlled environmental software.
- Identifies crop problems and determines a solution in an appropriate time frame.
- Creates, revises, updates, and implements standard operating procedures pertaining to cultivation, maintenance of horticulture equipment, integrated pest management, sanitation, harvesting, and other processes involving the cultivation of cannabis.

The Cultivation Associate provides care and support for plant cultivation, abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Duties include the following.

OVERVIEW
The Edibles and Kitchen Associate is responsible for assisting with the production of various cannabis infused products which include but are not limited to inventory management, adherence to compliance and safety requirements, and production of cannabis infused products. Job Summary
The Assistant Cultivation Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cultivation facility in accordance with standards set by the state and Infinity Wellness The Assistant Cultivation Manager provides support for all cultivation agents, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness in accordance with state regulations and standards set by Infinity Wellness . The Assistant Cultivation Manager is also responsible for the coordination of demand planning, scheduling of crops to meet demand, crop management, harvesting, manicuring, and facility sanitation. Sanitation is an integral part of cannabis cultivation, and sanitation protocols, implementation, and delegation falls under the supervision of the Assistant Cultivation Manager in regards to any grow zone.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Serves as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
- Provides mentorship to all cultivators regarding horticulture science, crop production, semi-annual reviews, discipline, and internal promotions.
- Assists Training cultivation staff on all cultivation processes and standard operating procedures, proper pesticide application and safety, and proper fertigation and safety.
- Helps Oversee all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the state agencies and standards set by Infinity Wellness .
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior product quality in accordance with state regulations and standards set by the company.
- Responsible for the environmental and irrigation conditions for crop production, adjusting needed equipment or software to maintain proper standard lifecycle conditions.
- Assists managing the fertilizer program, maintaining appropriate stock nutrient levels, batches, and dialing in recipes as needed.
- Troubleshoots cultivation equipment, irrigation equipment, and controlled environmental software.
- Identifies crop problems and determines a solution in an appropriate time frame.
- Creates, revises, updates, and implements standard operating procedures pertaining to cultivation, maintenance of horticulture equipment, integrated pest management, sanitation, harvesting, and other processes involving the cultivation of cannabis.
Qualifications
- Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies.
- Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies.
- Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies.
- Two years of experience in commercial cannabis production.

The dispensaries are run in accordance with the State of Montana. Infinity Wellness Incorporated is seeking a District Marketing Manager / Helena Store Manager who will be responsible for managing advertising for three dispensary operations in Montana. The dispensaries are run in accordance with the State of Montana. The Manager will have two primary responsibilities: As a marketing manager, a successful candidate will review, edit and approve advertising products produced by the ad agency and actively create/manage procedures and strategies for all Startup operations, including Employee training, Cash Management, Inventory Management, Marketing and Logistics Operations.
A successful candidate will have past experience with starting a new dispensary and will:
· Have at minimum 2 years experience as a retail manager and/or marketing manager for a retail company or any combination
· Have a minimum of 2 years experience with graphic design work with Adobe Illustrator photoshop or comparable software.
· Have experience with marketing operations including signage development, social media platforms, and internet presence.
· Is familiar with the medical marijuana program advertising rules.
· Have experience developing and implementing Procedures for cash handling and bank deposit procedures
· Understands production schedules and can make purchase orders for each store as demanded
· Have experience with labeling and packaging compliance in a medical or recreational marijuana position
· Have experience with Employee management, training, and conflict resolution strategies
· Be willing to travel constantly, as the candidate will be responsible for setting up two new stores in a three month period.
· Have experience training employees with a Point of Sale system.
Required Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or higher
Desired Experience
· 5+ years dispensary experience
· Has done this at a higher level and has the knowledge to grow the business
