We are currently seeking a Sample Technician to join our team! This position is part of team that is tasked with collecting samples from our clients all over the state of California and bringing them back to our lab for testing. We provide a company car, phone, and laptop needed to be successful in this position and we hope you bring a love for being on the road and the ability to be detail oriented and exhibit great customer service skills. Strong communication skills are a must for this role; while collecting samples you will be in continuous correspondence with clients and our lab team ready to tackle any changes or updates that come along the way. This position is slated for full-time hours; training period will reflect part-time hours for up to 90 days until fully trained. Great position for someone who enjoys working indepentdently and/or would like to be involved in the cannabis industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining Chain of Custody and Field Log Forms.
- Obtaining signatures from clients at completion of collection.
- Driving to clients' facilities and collection representative amounts of samples to be tested.
- Driving samples back to ICAL office for testing.
- Ensuring there is no contamination of samples.
- Following protocol and Department of Cannabis Control regulations.
- Organizing supplies.
- Personal drive and commitment to meet and exceed the customer's expectations when choosing InfiniteCAL.
- Travel time out of San Diego area more than 75% of the week, must be willing to do long-distance drives to Northern California and on rare occasion stay in Northern California overnight (with employer provided accommodation).
- Hours/Schedule: Variable on shift and route basis, expected to drive long distances weekly.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must be comfortable working with cannabis.
- Clear understanding and adherence to CA motor vehicle laws.

- Love of driving for long, uninterrupted periods of time.

WORK SCHEDULE:
- Employee will be assigned scheduled routes based on requested pickups across the State, Monday through Friday.
- Weekend availability may be required dependent upon client needs/requests.

We are currently seeking a Lab Technician III to join our team! This employee will join our evening shift working M-F 2:15pm - 10:45pm. This position is our entry level role within our lab and a great place to begin building a career within a rapidly growing company in a ever expansive industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn and execute ICAL's established SOPs for sample homogenization of cannabis and hemp products for testing and analysis.
- Sample preparation for testing, including but not limited to potency analysis, residual solvent analysis, terpene analysis, heavy metals, pesticide analysis.
- Clean and maintain lab and equipment, including but not limited to: incubators, laminar flow hood, fume hood, homogenizer, sonicators, microbiology medium prep, and autoclave.

We are currently seeking a Lab Assistant to join our team! Lab Assistants help our Technicians and Analysts with various prepping procedures for the several analytical tests we run in the lab in addition to routine laboratory upkeep. This position is full time and will have a set schedule of Monday to Friday, 2:15PM to 10:45PM.

We are currently seeking an Jr. System Administrator to join our team. The Jr. System Administrator will assist with every aspect of the laboratory’s I.T. planning and operations. This individual will be a department of one, being the go-to person for implementation, maintenance, and administration of cloud technologies, network administration, website maintenance, and other core systems. Will provide technical support to the laboratory’s technology infrastructure, including servers, printers, phones, and desktop workstations as well as various software applications (Windows Suite, LIMS Software, Proprietary & Non-Proprietary Apps). The scheduled shift time for this position is flexible but will generally be expected to work 40 a week, Monday through Friday. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides regular monitoring and network analysis regarding short- and long-range planning for in-house systems.
- Manage Windows Domain, creating and managing AD accounts, email addresses, distribution, and security groups.
- Server administration including building and managing physical and virtual servers required for daily operation using Hyper-V .
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Broad knowledge of various areas of I.T. including system, network, software, and website development administration.
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft Windows Server, VM (Hyper-V), Active Directory, Windows Domain, WDS, RDP, DNS, NPS.
- Strong drive to provide excellent client service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time.
- Strong knowledge with server VM/data backup and restore. Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA)
- Demonstrated ability to install software and troubleshoot and repair moderately complex problems with computing devices, peripherals, and software.
- Experience in a network operations center environment including help desk, customer communication, trouble ticketing, and issue resolution.
- Experience in network security technologies including firewalls, email gateways and other intrusion prevention solutions
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a I.T. related position.
- Prior experience working in a laboratory or science-focused organization highly preferred.

The Sr. Analytical Scientist will play an active role in the execution of ongoing projects and method development for various environmental and food & beverage analysis panels. - Experience in developing and validating robust analytical methods.

- Assist virtual machine setup, development, management and maintenance in Linux and Windows environments, perform regular backups and implement solutions to prevent data loss.

This position is part of team that is tasked with collecting samples from our clients all over the state of California and bringing them back to our lab for testing. Strong communication skills are a must for this role; while collecting samples you will be in continuous correspondence with clients and our lab team ready to tackle any changes or updates that come along the way. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining Chain of Custody and Field Log Forms.
- Obtaining signatures from clients at completion of collection.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must possess a Bachelors degree in a hard science field, Chemistry preferred.
