Humanus is seeking FULL-DESK, talented and awesome recruiters to work remotely, from anywhere to help expand our client base. Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently, have experience in client development/management as well as full-cycle recruitment. We are open to a range of different industries and experience such as pharma, IT, biotech, non-clinical healthcare, accounting, office admin, agricultural / cannabis industry, etc.
Our commission plan is the most generous in the recruitment and staffing industry and will compensate individuals according to their performance. This is a non-salaried, commission only recruitment position. What we offer is independence, opportunity, infrastructure, applicant management systems, legal oversight/contracts, client management and billing, and other administrative tasks. We will also give you the opportunity to build teams under you, as a part of our organization. Based on your individual contribution, benefits may be available.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience, of Full-Desk / Full-Cycle Recruiting experience. Proven history of business development and client management.
- Knowledge working with applicant tracking systems.
- Proven history of success in establishing and maintaining a book of business.
- Familiarity with headhunting and sourcing techniques, excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.
- Strong business ethics and good moral character.
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
Position Details:
- Utilize business development techniques to establish a relationship with clients from start-ups to fortune 500 institutions.
- Conduct market research and build out a network of senior level. Responsible for the hiring process from sourcing to offer management.
- Source resumes using our proprietary database, on-line job boards, professional associations, social media, referrals, and various other sources.
- Screen prospective candidates and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job experience, education, and training, knowledge, skills, and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent to the job.
- Contract negotiation, terms, bill rates, guarantees, etc.
- Develop candidate summary and present candidate resume to the hiring manager.
- Schedule candidate interviews and prep candidates prior to the interview.
- Gather Candidate feedback from the interview team and facilitate the selection process and final offer.
- Manage the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process, and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner.
- Provide Human Resources with candidates offer package information.
- Maintain communication with Humanus team members and managers, clients, and candidates
