JOB SUMMARY
The Cultivation Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas; managing all cultivation employees; ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies, and procedures are followed, and that the cultivation production goals are met; and approving batches of harvested cannabis for processing. Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness.
Employee Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations
- Serves as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations
- Responds to all employee questions, concerns, or suggestions and acts when necessary to resolve conflicts
- Responsible for delegating tasks to cultivation employees to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility
- Coordinates with the upper management team to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff
Cultivation Operation Management:
- Oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by RWB
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior product quality
- Oversees supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all cultivation inputs and supplies
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications, and applying these mixtures according to RWB policy
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to RWB policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity for RWB locations
- Direct environmental programs, such as air or water compliance, aboveground or underground storage tanks, spill prevention or control, hazardous waste or materials management, solid Waste recycling, customer waste management, indoor air quality, integrated pest management, employee training, and disaster preparedness
- Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including employee records, inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc. in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by RWB
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in plant biology, physiology, biological sciences, or agricultural sciences
- Experience managing a large-scale cultivation operation that has a clean history of compliance
- Demonstrated personnel management experience
- 1-2 years of experience with BioTrack
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations
- Experience in a position requiring critical-thinking, problem-solving, planning and assessment
- Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, and data base management
- Thorough understanding of state and local medical cannabis laws and how they apply to the operations of RWB
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Effective time-management and ability to multitask
- OSHA certified in Safety Training-preferred
- Manufacturing experience desired

- Manage all steps in the process including intake, drying, curing, testing, and transferring of product to

Job Summary:
The Cultivation Technician provides daily care of cannabis plants from planting to harvest. They will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes cloning, transplanting, watering, and providing nutrients. The Cultivation Technician will care for vegetative and flowering plants. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations are essential for this position.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee flower rooms and maintain plant health through daily check-ins, evaluation of plant health and happiness, spot watering of plants, canopy management, and making adjustments to room environment or grow process with input from the Cultivation manager.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation system including nutrient mixing, monitoring of nutrient EC, pH, and temperature, and adjusting auto irrigation cycle.
- Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding plant happiness, pest outbreaks, and equipment issues (irrigation, tables, lights, etc.)
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels daily according to company standards and make adjustments as needed.
- Support other grow team members throughout the grow as needed, including spraying for pest management, supporting colleagues in other grow rooms, or supporting outside of grow rooms
- Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and process improvement recommendations
- Analyze data of current and past grow cycles to continuously improve our grow processes and standards
- Always maintain clean grow rooms and workspaces by regularly sanitizing tools, equipment, and grow rooms to ensure sanitary practices and to keep pests away

Job Summary:
The position of Distribution Driver is part time as needed, with potential to turn into a full time position. A Distribution Driver ensure that products are delivered on time and in the proper condition. A Distribution Driver packs and loads products onto trucks before delivering shipments between locations in Apopka and Sanerson, Florida. Shipments will also be delivered to retail locations within the state of Florida. This Trim/Pack Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the trimming and packaging departments at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. This role is responsible for a variety of duties to operate and maintain the trim machinery to process harvested plants. Accountabilities:
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Execute the daily and weekly goals for processing the harvest batches through the wet trim machinery and by hand to achieve the defined trimmed quality consistently, accurately, and efficiently.

Job Summary:
The position of Distribution Driver is part time as needed, with potential to turn into a full time position. A Distribution Driver ensure that products are delivered on time and in the proper condition. A Distribution Driver packs and loads products onto trucks before delivering shipments between locations in Apopka and Sanerson, Florida. Shipments will also be delivered to retail locations within the state of Florida. Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, a Distribution Driver will always adhere exactly to the route and deliver each shipment on time and with a high level of professionalism.
